“我，是我为自己的缘故，抹掉你的过犯，不会记念你的罪恶。

主啊，求你垂听！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你留心听并且行动！我的神哪，为你自己的缘故，求你不要迟延，因为你的城和你的子民都是被称为你名下的。”

那至高至尊、永远长存、名为至圣者的如此说：“我住在至高至圣的地方，也与灵里痛悔的人和谦卑的人同在，使谦卑的人灵里复苏，使痛悔的人心里复苏。

在天上坐着为王的那一位啊，我要向你举目！

你赦免了你子民的罪孽，遮盖了他们一切的罪。细拉你收回了你一切的盛怒，从你猛烈的怒气中转回。

“因此，你们要这样祷告：我们在天上的父，愿你的名被尊为圣，

主耶和华啊，如果你察看罪孽，谁能站立得住呢？然而赦免在于你，好使人敬畏你。

我抹掉你的过犯，如同抹掉厚云；我抹掉你的罪恶，如同抹掉薄雾；回转归向我吧，因为我救赎了你！

在神面前不要冒失开口，也不要心急发言，因为神在天上，你在地上，所以你要少言寡语。

愿你饶恕我们的亏欠，如同我们也饶恕了亏欠我们的人。
