“神真的要和人住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天也容不下你，何况我建造的这殿呢？

“神果真与世人同住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足你居住的，何况我所建的这殿呢？

“上帝果真与世人同住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足容纳你，何况我所建的这殿呢？

“神果真与世人同住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足容纳你，何况我所建的这殿呢？

“然而，上帝啊，你真的会住在人间吗？看啊，诸天尚且不够你居住，更何况我建造的这殿呢？

「神果真與世人同住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足你居住的，何況我所建的這殿呢？

「上帝果真與世人同住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足容納你，何況我所建的這殿呢？

「神果真與世人同住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足容納你，何況我所建的這殿呢？

「然而，上帝啊，你真的會住在人間嗎？看啊，諸天尚且不夠你居住，更何況我建造的這殿呢？

“神真的要和人住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天也容不下你，何況我建造的這殿呢？

『然而上帝果真和人同住在地上麼？看哪，天和天上之天尚且容不下你，何況我所建的這殿呢？

然上帝豈真與世人同居於地乎、天與天上之天、不足容爾、況我所建之室乎、

然上帝豈居於地乎、穹蒼不足以居爾、天上明宮亦不足以居爾、況我所建之殿乎。

然天主豈真與世人同居於地乎、天與天上之天、尚不足為主之居所、況我所建之殿乎、

“ But will God really dwell on earth with humans? The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built!

“ But will God really live on earth with human beings? After all, the heavens can’t hold you. In fact, even the highest heavens can’t hold you. So this temple I’ve built certainly can’t hold you!

“ But will God indeed dwell with man on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain you, how much less this house that I have built!

“ But will God really live on earth among people? Why, even the highest heavens cannot contain you. How much less this Temple I have built!

But will God indeed live on earth with humans? Even heaven, the highest heaven, cannot contain you, much less this temple I have built.

“ But will God really dwell with mankind on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You; how much less this house which I have built!

“ But will God indeed dwell with men on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built!

But will God in very deed dwell with men on the earth? behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house which I have builded!

But will God indeed live on earth with man? Even heaven, the highest heaven, cannot contain You, much less this temple I have built.

“ God does not really live with humankind on the earth! Look, if the sky and the highest heaven cannot contain you, how much less this temple I have built!

“ But will God indeed dwell with men on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens can’t contain you; how much less this house which I have built!

但谁能为他建造殿宇呢？天和天上的天也容不下他；我是谁，怎能为他建造殿宇？我不过在他面前烧香罢了。

耶和华这样说：“天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳；你们要在哪里为我建造殿宇呢？怎样的地方才是我安息的所在呢？”

我到哪里去躲避你的灵？我往哪里去逃避你的面呢？如果我升到天上，你在那里；如果我在阴间下榻，你也在那里。如果我展开清晨的翅膀，飞到海的极处居住，就是在那里，你的手仍必引导我，你的右手也必扶持我。

谁像耶和华我们的神呢？他坐在至高之处，他俯首垂顾天上和地下的事。

创造宇宙和其中万有的神，既然是天地的主，就不住在人手所造的殿宇，

我要住在以色列人中间，我也要作他们的神。他们必知道我是耶和华他们的神，就是从埃及地把他们领出来的，为要住在他们中间。我是耶和华他们的神。”

何况我呢？我怎敢回答他，措辞与他辩论呢？

所以，你们现在不要让希西家这样欺骗、迷惑你们；你们也不要信他；因为无论哪一邦哪一国的神，都不能拯救自己的子民脱离我的手和我列祖的手，你们的神不是更不能拯救你们脱离我的手吗？’”

其实至高者并不住人手所造的，正如先知说：‘主说：天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳，你们要为我建造怎样的殿呢？哪里是我安息的地方呢？

何况那些住在土屋里，根基在尘土中，比蠹虫还容易被压碎的人呢？

这样在神面前，人怎能称为义呢？妇人所生的，怎能算为洁净呢？在神的眼中，月亮都不明亮，星星也不皎洁，更何况如虫的人，像蛆的世人呢！”

你升到高天的时候，掳了许多俘虏；你在人间，就是在悖逆的人当中，接受了礼物，使耶和华神可以与他们同住。

我认识一个在基督里的人，他十四年前被提到第三层天上去。（是带着身体被提的呢？我不知道，是离开了身体呢？我也不知道，只有神知道。）

“神真的住在地上吗？看哪！天和天上的天尚且不能容纳你，何况我建造的这殿呢？

因为那至高无上、永远存在、他名为圣的这样说：“虽然我住在至高至圣的地方，却与心灵痛悔和谦卑的人同在，要使谦卑人的灵苏醒，也使痛悔人的心苏醒。

你们虽然邪恶，尚且知道把好东西给儿女，何况你们在天上的父，难道不更把好东西赐给求他的人吗？

“人怎能躲藏在隐密处，以致我看不见他呢？（这是耶和华的宣告）。我岂不是充满天地吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。
