大院周围有凿成的石头三层、香柏木板一层，都照耶和华殿的内院和殿的走廊的样式。

但以理知道这文件已经签署，就进自己的家，他家楼上的窗户开向耶路撒冷。他一天三次，双膝跪着，在他的神面前祷告感谢，像平常一样。

献晚祭的时候我从愁烦中起来，穿着撕裂的衣服和外袍，双膝跪下，向耶和华—我的神举手，

几天之后，我们又出发前行。他们众人同妻子儿女都送我们到城外，我们都跪在滩上祷告，彼此辞别。

保罗说完了这些话，就和大家跪下来祷告。

他建造祭司院和大院，以及院门，门扇包上铜。

于是他离开他们约有一块石头扔出去那么远，跪下祷告，
