爾中誰畏主而聽其僕之命、行於暗中、不得光明者、當恃主名、仰賴己之天主、

我在世之時、常稱頌主、敬奉主名、舉手祈禱、

我向主舉手、我心羨慕主、如旱地之盼雨、細拉、

爾若定心、定心或作洗心向天主舉手、

所羅門當以色列會眾前、立於主之祭臺前、向天舉手、曰、主以色列之天主歟、上天下地、無神能比主、主之僕盡心行於主前、主則為之踐約、為之施恩、主向主之僕我父大衛所許之言、今已應矣、以口應許、以手成全、有如今日、主以色列之天主歟、曾許主之僕我父大衛曰、爾之子孫、如能法爾、謹慎其道、行於我前、則必不絕爾後嗣在我前坐以色列之國位、今求主踐其言、求主以色列之天主、所許主之僕大衛之言、俾有效驗、然天主豈真居於地乎、天與天上之天、尚不足為主之居所、況我所建此殿乎、但求主我之天主、垂念主之僕禱告祈求、垂聽主之僕今日於主前呼籲祈禱之言、主曾許主之名必在此殿、今求主晝夜垂顧此殿、主之僕在在或作向此殿殿原文作處祈禱、求主垂聽、凡主之僕與主之民以色列、在在或作向此殿祈禱、求主垂聽、願主在天、在主之居所、垂聽赦免、人若獲罪於人、乃使其發誓、以徵其言、遂至此殿主之祭臺前發誓、求主在天垂聽、在主之僕間、判厥是非、以惡者為惡、循其惡以罰之、以義者為義、循其義以賞之、如主之民以色列人、因獲罪於主、為敵所敗、厥後歸於主、認主之名、在此殿禱告祈求主、求主在天垂聽、赦主之民以色列之罪、使之得歸主賜其列祖之地、如民獲罪於主、致天閉塞不雨、而在此處祈禱、認主之名、主罰之之後、悛悔罪惡、求主在天垂聽、赦免主之僕、主之民以色列之罪、示之以當行之善道、使雨降於主之地、即主所賜主之民為業之地、如斯地有饑饉疫癘、或稼穡萎弱枯槁、或有蝗蝻蚱蜢之災、或敵人犯境、圍困城池、無論何災、無論何害、害原文作病主之民以色列、無論何人、自覺其心之憂、向此殿舉手、無論何禱何祈、求主在天、在主之居所、垂聽赦免、循人之所為、視人之心術而加報施、因世人之心、惟主知之、使其畢生敬畏主、在主所賜我列祖之地、如有外邦人不屬主之民以色列者、聞主之大名大能大力、為主之名自遠方來、在在或作向此殿祈禱、

見王循常例立於臺、群臣與吹角者待於王之左右、國民欣然吹角、亞他利雅乃自裂其衣、呼曰、叛矣、叛矣、

惟爾諸天使、當將榮耀權能歸於主、當將主名之榮耀歸於主、在榮華聖所敬拜主、

願我之禱告、如香煙達至主前、我舉手祈求、願主視為晚祭、

王立於臺上、在主前立約、必盡心盡意順從主、守主之誡命、法度、律例、以成此書所載之約言、民眾樂從此約、

伊及之公侯、皆來朝見、古實國之人、速來向天主舉手、

我欲人無怒無爭、隨在舉聖潔之手而祈禱、

我呼籲主、向主之聖殿舉手、求主垂聽我懇求之聲、
