裡面有純金的香壇和包金的約櫃。約櫃裡珍藏著盛嗎哪的金罐、亞倫那根發過芽的手杖和兩塊刻著十誡的石版，上面有榮耀的基路伯天使，高展翅膀蓋著約櫃上面的施恩座。關於這些事，現在不能一一細說。

他用純金造施恩座，長一點一米，寬六十六釐米。又在施恩座的兩端用金子打造兩個基路伯天使，這兩個基路伯天使跟施恩座連在一起，在施恩座的兩端，面對面朝向施恩座，向上展開翅膀遮蓋施恩座。

祭司把耶和華的約櫃抬進內殿，即至聖所，放在兩個基路伯天使的翅膀下面。基路伯天使展開翅膀，遮蓋約櫃和抬約櫃的橫杠。

至聖所裡面放著兩個橄欖木造的基路伯天使，各高四米半，各有兩個二點二五米長的翅膀，雙翅展開，兩翅尖相距四點五米。兩個基路伯的大小和形狀一模一樣，高度都是四點五米。他將兩個基路伯安在至聖所內，兩個基路伯展開翅膀，各有一個翅膀在至聖所的中央相接，另一個翅膀的尖端觸到牆壁。這兩個基路伯天使也包上金。

按規定放在內殿前的純金的燈臺和燈盞，

耶和華啊，求你起來和你大能的約櫃一同進入聖所。
