我呼爾、爾不聽、我舉手、人不以為意、我一切勸教之言、爾皆背棄、不受我之督責、故爾遭遇災害、我必哂之、可懼之事、臨及爾身、我必笑之、可懼之事、臨若狂風、災害至如暴風、爾遭患難、受窘迫、斯時呼籲我而我不應、尋求我而不得遇、因厭惡知識、不以畏主為悅、不受我勸導、藐忽我一切督責、故必依其道而得果報、依其謀而受報應、原文作故必食其道之果由其謀而得飽

與輕薄貪饕嬉戲之徒偕來、向我切齒、

因我列祖干天上天主之怒、故天主以之付迦勒底人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒手、毀斯殿宇、將民遷遷或作擄至巴比倫、

故災害勿臨之、倏然敗壞、無術可治、○

天主歟、因何永遠遺棄我儕、主昔牧我如牧群羊、今因何向我大震烈怒、

有何先知而爾祖不窘逐之乎、預言義者將至之人、爾祖殺之、此義者、今爾已賣而殺之、

希律及其兵卒、侮慢耶穌、戲玩之、衣以華服、復遣詣彼拉多所、

有戲之曰、此人酣醉酣醉原文作充以新酒耳、

因將被解於異邦人、戲玩之、凌辱之、唾之、

故凡拒者、非拒人、乃拒天主、即以其聖神賜我儕者、○

眾聞死者復活之言、有笑之者、有曰、我儕願再聞爾說此、

有人受凌侮、鞭撲、縲絏、囹圄之試、

法利賽人好利、聞斯言哂之、

其言曰、藐忽者乎、爾視之而驚駭滅亡、因爾在時、我將行一事、雖有人告爾、爾亦不信也、○

今爾勿嘲笑、恐爾之縲絏愈加嚴緊、蓋我聞主萬有之天主已定厥命、必殲滅全地、○

眾遂以耶利米下於哈米勒子瑪勒家坑中、即在獄院、以繩縋之下、坑無水、惟有淤泥、耶利米遂沈入於泥中、

當欣喜歡樂、因在天爾之賞大也、蓋先爾諸先知、人亦曾如是窘逐之也、○

先知禱曰、主歟、主諄諄命我、我不得不從、主強於我而勝我、我終日為人所嬉笑、人皆侮慢我、

兵卒亦戲之、近前予之醯飲、

天主歟、異邦人擅入主之境、污穢主之聖殿、使耶路撒冷變為荒邱、將主之僕人之屍、予空中之飛鳥為食、將敬畏主虔誠人之肉軀、飼地上之野獸、在耶路撒冷之四圍、流其血如水、無人葬埋、鄰邦皆凌辱我儕、在我四圍之列國、皆恥笑我儕、戲慢我儕、主歟、此至何時方止、主之震怒、至於永遠乎、主之氣忿、發如烈火乎、

爾復聽一喻、有家主、植葡萄園、以籬環之、中掘壓酒處、又建望樓、租與園夫、遂適他方、果期將至、遣僕就園夫收果、園夫執其僕、撲一、殺一、石擊一、又遣他僕、較前尤多、園夫亦待之如故、後遣其子就之、意謂彼必敬我子矣、園夫見其子、相語曰、此乃嗣子、盍來殺之、以據其業、遂執之、曳出園外而殺焉、葡萄園之主至、將何以處此園夫乎、眾曰、必翦滅此惡人、以園轉租與他園夫、可按時納果也、
