因為他們離棄了我，向別的神燻祭，好用他們的手所作的一切事來惹我發怒，故此我的烈怒必倒在這地方上頭，總不熄滅。

因为他们背弃我，给别的神明烧香，制造偶像惹我发怒，所以我的怒火要在这地方燃烧，绝不止息。’

因为他们离弃了我，向别的神烧香，用他们手所做的惹我发怒，所以我的忿怒必倾倒在这地上，总不熄灭。

因為他們背棄我，給別的神明燒香，製造偶像惹我發怒，所以我的怒火要在這地方燃燒，絕不止息。』

蓋彼眾棄我、焚香於他神、以其手所為、激我之怒、故我洩忿於此而不止、

因猶大族棄我、焚香奉事他上帝、所為干我震怒、故我降災、靡有已時。

因斯民違棄我、焚香於他神、他神或作異邦之神以其所為、干犯我怒、故我盛怒傾洩於此處、如烈火不熄、

Because they have forsaken me and burned incense to other gods and aroused my anger by all that their hands have made, my anger will be poured out on this place and will not be quenched.’

That’s because the people have deserted me. They have burned incense to other gods. They have made me very angry because of everything their hands have made. So my anger will burn like a fire against this place. And the fire of my anger will not be put out.’ ” ’

Because they have forsaken me and have made offerings to other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands, therefore my wrath will be poured out on this place and will not be quenched.

For my people have abandoned me and offered sacrifices to pagan gods, and I am very angry with them for everything they have done. My anger will be poured out on this place, and it will not be quenched.’

因此主永恆主這麼說：看吧，我的怒氣我的烈怒必倒在這地方、倒在人和牲口身上、倒在田野的樹木和地土的果實上；怒火必着起來，不能熄滅。』

猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，你們要再行割禮歸永恆主，將你們的心的包皮除掉，免得我的烈怒因你們行為之敗壞而發出，正如同火、一直焚燒，無人能撲滅。』

倘若你的一隻手使你絆跌，把它砍掉吧。你殘廢了進入生命，比有兩隻手而往地獄裏，入那不滅的火裏倒好呢。

就必須喝上帝震怒的酒，那在他義怒杯中調好了而不參雜的。那人必須在聖天使們面前和羔羊面前、在火跟硫磺之中受苦痛。他們受苦痛的煙往上冒、世世無窮；那些拜獸和獸像的、跟那受他名字的印記的、晝夜都得不着歇息。』

他拉緊了弓、好像仇敵；他舉了右手站着、如敵人，將悅人眼目的全都殺戮；在錫安小姐的房屋上他倒出他的烈怒像火一樣。

永恆主對我說：『就使有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前來代求，我的心也不向着這人民。從我面前給打發走，叫他們出去！他們若問你說：「我們要出去到哪裏呢？」你便對他們說：「永恆主這麼說：『那該遭疫癘的，就遭疫癘；該被刀殺的、就被刀殺；該受饑荒的，就受饑荒；該被擄的，就被擄。』」』永恆主發神諭說：『我派了四種類來罰他們：刀劍來殺戮，狗來拖拉，空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸來吞喫來毁滅。我必使他們成了地上萬國所不寒而慄的對象，都因猶大王希西家的兒子瑪拿西的緣故，因為他在耶路撒冷行了惡事。

他重新建築他父親希西家所拆毁的邱壇，又為巴力立了祭壇，又造亞舍拉神木，並且敬拜而服事天上的萬象。他竟又在永恆主殿中為外人的神築了祭壇；這殿是永恆主曾指着說：『我的名必永遠在耶路撒冷』的。瑪拿西在永恆主之殿的兩院中為天上萬象築了祭壇。並在欣嫩子谷將兒女用火燒獻為祭，又算命，又觀兆頭，又行邪術，又行交鬼的事和巫術；多行永恆主所看為壞的事，而惹他發怒。他又將他所做雕塑物的像立在上帝殿中；這殿卻是永恆主曾對大衛和大衛兒子所羅門指着說：『是在這殿並在我從以色列眾族派中所選擇的耶路撒冷、我要立我的名到永遠的。只要以色列人謹慎遵行我所吩咐他們的一切事、一切律法、律例、典章、由摩西經手傳下來的，那麼我就永不再使以色列人的腳離開我所使他們列祖站立的土地。』然而瑪拿西卻迷惑了猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民去行壞事，比永恆主從以色列人面前所除滅的外國人更壞。

羅波安王五年、埃及王示撒上來攻打耶路撒冷；因為王和眾民都對永恆主不忠實。

他們的地滿了偶相；他們敬拜自己的手所造的，自己的指頭所作的。卑賤人俯首屈抑，尊貴人降低；你不要高舉他們。

血肉之人都要看而明白是我永恆主點起火來的；這火必不熄滅。』

亞撒利雅就出來和亞撒見面，對他說：『亞撒和猶大便雅憫眾人哪，請聽我的話！儘你們和永恆主同在時，永恆主就和你們同在。你們若尋求他，他就給你們尋見；你們若離棄他，他就離棄你們。

這事臨到了猶大人實在是由於永恆主所命定、要遷徙他們離開自己面前；是因瑪拿西的罪、照他一切所犯的，又因瑪拿西所流無辜的血；他使無辜的血充滿了耶路撒冷；永恆主不情願赦免。

因此他將他怒氣之猛烈和爭戰之兇猛傾倒在以色列身上；這在他四圍如火𤏲起，他還不知，燒着他，他也不介意。

因為他們離棄了我，向別的神燻祭，好用他們手所作的一切事來惹我發怒，故此我必向這地發怒火，總不熄滅。

在他的盛怒前、誰能站得住呢？他怒氣之猛烈、誰能當得起呢？他的烈怒像火傾瀉而出，碞石因他而崩裂。

永恆主發盡了他的怒火，倒出了他的烈怒；他使火着起於錫安，燒燬了錫安的根基。
