沙番书记又对王说：“希勒迦祭司交给我一卷书。”沙番就在王面前诵读这书。

书记沙番又告诉王，说：“希勒家祭司还交给我一卷书卷。”于是沙番在王面前诵读那书。

書記沙番又對王說：「祭司希勒家遞給我一卷書。」沙番就在王面前讀那書。

沙番書記又向王報告說：「希勒家祭司遞給我一卷書。」沙番就在王面前朗讀那書。

沙番書記又向王報告說：「希勒家祭司遞給我一卷書。」沙番就在王面前朗讀那書。

書記沙番又告訴王，說：“希勒家祭司還交給我一卷書卷。”於是沙番在王面前誦讀那書。

祕書沙番又告訴王說：『祭司希勒家還遞給我一卷書呢。』沙番就在王面前將內容唸出來。

又告王曰、祭司希勒家授我一書、遂讀於王前、

又曰、祭司希勒家以書授我。遂誦書於王前。

繕寫沙番又奏王曰、祭司希勒家以書授我、沙番遂讀於王前、

Then Shaphan the secretary informed the king,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read from it in the presence of the king.

Shaphan continued,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” Shaphan read some of it to the king.

Then Shaphan the secretary told the king,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read from it before the king.

Shaphan also told the king,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a scroll.” So Shaphan read it to the king.

Moreover, Shaphan the scribe informed the king, saying,“ Hilkiah the priest gave me a book.” And Shaphan read from it in the presence of the king.

Then Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a book.” And Shaphan read it before the king.

And Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath delivered me a book. And Shaphan read therein before the king.

Then Shaphan the court secretary told the king,“ Hilkiah the priest gave me a book,” and Shaphan read from it in the presence of the king.

Then Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath given me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king.

Then Shaphan the scribe told the king,“ Hilkiah the priest has given me a scroll.” Shaphan read it out loud before the king.

Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying,“ Hilkiah the priest has delivered me a book.” Shaphan read from it to the king.

Then, after depositing the scroll in the chamber of Elishama the scribe, the officials came to the king at the courtyard and reported everything in the hearing of the king.The king sent Jehudi to get the scroll, and he took it from the chamber of Elishama the scribe. Jehudi then read it in the hearing of the king and all the officials who were standing by the king.

This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to meditate on it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.

How I love your instruction! It is my meditation all day long.Your command makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is always with me.I have more insight than all my teachers because your decrees are my meditation.

It is to remain with him, and he is to read from it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to observe all the words of this instruction, and to do these statutes.

I will speak of your decrees before kings and not be ashamed.
