He got rid of the foreign gods and removed the image from the temple of the Lord, as well as all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem; and he threw them out of the city.

Manasseh got rid of the false gods. He removed the statue of one of those gods from the Lord’ s temple. He also removed all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem. He threw them out of the city.

And he took away the foreign gods and the idol from the house of the Lord, and all the altars that he had built on the mountain of the house of the Lord and in Jerusalem, and he threw them outside of the city.

Manasseh also removed the foreign gods and the idol from the Lord’s Temple. He tore down all the altars he had built on the hill where the Temple stood and all the altars that were in Jerusalem, and he dumped them outside the city.

He removed the foreign gods and the idol from the LORD’s temple, along with all the altars that he had built on the mountain of the LORD’s temple and in Jerusalem, and he threw them outside the city.

重新建筑他父希西家所拆毁的邱坛，又为巴力筑坛，做木偶，且敬拜侍奉天上的万象，在耶和华的殿宇中筑坛。耶和华曾指着这殿说：“我的名必永远在耶路撒冷。”他在耶和华殿的两院中为天上的万象筑坛，并在欣嫩子谷使他的儿女经火，又观兆，用法术，行邪术，立交鬼的和行巫术的，多行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，惹动他的怒气，又在神殿内立雕刻的偶像。神曾对大卫和他儿子所罗门说：“我在以色列各支派中所选择的耶路撒冷和这殿，必立我的名直到永远。

惟有犯罪的，他必死亡。儿子必不担当父亲的罪孽，父亲也不担当儿子的罪孽。义人的善果必归自己，恶人的恶报也必归自己。“恶人若回头离开所做的一切罪恶，谨守我一切的律例，行正直与合理的事，他必定存活，不致死亡。他所犯的一切罪过都不被记念，因所行的义，他必存活。

你们要结出果子来，与悔改的心相称。

骄傲的必屈膝；狂妄的必降卑。在那日，惟独耶和华被尊崇；偶像必全然废弃。耶和华兴起，使地大震动的时候，人就进入石洞，进入土穴，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。到那日，人必将为拜而造的金偶像、银偶像抛给田鼠和蝙蝠。到耶和华兴起，使地大震动的时候，人好进入磐石洞中和岩石穴里，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。

又在殿内立雕刻的亚舍拉像。耶和华曾对大卫和他儿子所罗门说：“我在以色列众支派中所选择的耶路撒冷和这殿，必立我的名，直到永远。

以色列啊，你要归向耶和华你的神；你是因自己的罪孽跌倒了。当归向耶和华，用言语祷告他说：“求你除净罪孽，悦纳善行；这样，我们就把嘴唇的祭代替牛犊献上。我们不向亚述求救，不骑埃及的马，也不再对我们手所造的说：‘你是我们的神。’因为孤儿在你耶和华那里得蒙怜悯。”
