人心有所慮、則煩悶不安、惟良言可使之暢適、

毋畏葸、我必祐爾、勿膽怯、我乃爾之天主、必堅強爾、濟助爾、我必以施救之右手扶持爾、

爾出與敵戰、見車馬軍卒、較爾眾多、則毋畏懼、因主爾之天主、昔導爾出伊及者必祐爾、

小子乎、爾曹屬天主、已勝彼眾、蓋在爾內者、較在世內者大也、

我偕爾、無人攻爾害爾、蓋我有多民在此邑、

亞撒籲主其天主曰、主若救援、不視人之多寡強弱、求主我之天主助我、我仰賴主、倚恃主名、來禦此大軍、主乃我之天主、求主勿容人勝主、

希西家誘爾曰、主必救我儕、爾勿聽之、列國之諸神、何嘗有神救其國、脫於亞述王之手、

約書亞一時敗諸王而取其地、蓋主以色列之天主、為以色列人戰也、

爾亦有臂有臂或作有能如天主乎、爾亦能如天主發雷聲乎、

勿為希西家所誑所誘、勿信其言、蓋無一國一民之神、曾救其民於我、及我列祖之手、則爾之神必不能救爾於我手、

願主耶穌基督、常在爾心、願恩寵偕爾眾、阿們、
