你又带着王和谋士乐意献给住耶路撒冷、以色列上帝的金银，和你在巴比伦全省所得的一切金银，以及百姓、祭司甘心献给耶路撒冷他们上帝殿的礼物，那么，你就当用这银子急速买公牛、公绵羊、小绵羊，和同献的素祭、浇酒祭，献在耶路撒冷你们上帝殿的坛上。剩下的金银，你和你的弟兄看怎样好，就怎样用，但总要遵照你们上帝的旨意。你要带着交托给你、在上帝殿中事奉用的器皿，到耶路撒冷上帝面前。你上帝殿里若再有需用的经费，是你负责供应的，可以从王的宝库里支取。“我亚达薛西王又降旨达于河西所有的司库：‘精通天上之上帝律法的以斯拉祭司文士无论向你们要什么，你们要速速办理，直至一百他连得银子，一百柯珥麦子，一百罢特酒，一百罢特油，盐不限其数。

他们各带贡物，就是银器、金器、衣服、兵器、香料、马、骡子，每年都有一定的数量。

基达的羊群都聚集到你这里，尼拜约的公羊供你使用，献在我坛上蒙悦纳；我必荣耀我那荣耀的殿。那些飞来如云、又像鸽子飞向窗户的是谁呢？众海岛必等候我，他施的船只领先，将你的儿女，连同他们的金银从远方带来，这都因以色列的圣者、耶和华—你上帝的名，因为他已经荣耀了你。

他施和海岛的王要进贡，示巴和西巴的王要献礼物。

于是，示巴女王把一百二十他连得金子、极多的香料和宝石送给所罗门王；送来的香料，从来没有像示巴女王送给他的那么多。

有些非利士人送礼物，进贡银子给约沙法。阿拉伯人也送他七千七百只公绵羊，七千七百只公山羊。

所罗门统治诸国，从大河到非利士地，直到埃及的边界。所罗门在世的日子，这些国都向他进贡，服事他。

进了房子，看见小孩子和他母亲马利亚，就俯伏拜那小孩子，揭开宝盒，拿出黄金、乳香、没药，作为礼物献给他。

以斯拉说：“耶和华—我们列祖的上帝是应当称颂的！因他使王起这心愿，使耶路撒冷耶和华的殿得荣耀，

耶和华使所罗门在以色列众人眼前非常尊大，赐他君王的威严，胜过他以前任何一位以色列王。

就派他儿子约兰到大卫王那里，向他请安，为他祝福，因他与哈大底谢争战，并且击败了他；原来哈大底谢与陀以常常争战。约兰手里带了金银铜的器皿来。大卫王把这些器皿分别为圣，连同他制伏各国所分别为圣的金银，献给耶和华，

因你耶路撒冷的殿，列王必带贡物献给你。

于是示巴女王把一百二十他连得金子、极多的香料和宝石送给所罗门王；从来没有像示巴女王送给所罗门王那么多的香料。希兰的仆人和所罗门的仆人也从俄斐运了金子来，又运了檀香木和宝石来。
