又带金银，就是王和谋士甘心献给住耶路撒冷、以色列神的，并带你在巴比伦全省所得的金银，和百姓、祭司乐意献给耶路撒冷他们神殿的礼物。所以你当用这金银，急速买公牛、公绵羊、绵羊羔，和同献的素祭奠祭之物，献在耶路撒冷你们神殿的坛上。剩下的金银，你和你的弟兄看着怎样好，就怎样用，总要遵着你们神的旨意。所交给你神殿中使用的器皿，你要交在耶路撒冷神面前。你神殿里若再有需用的经费，你可以从王的府库里支取。“我亚达薛西王又降旨与河西的一切库官，说：‘通达天上神律法的文士祭司以斯拉，无论向你们要什么，你们要速速地备办，就是银子直到一百他连得，麦子一百柯珥，酒一百罢特，油一百罢特，盐不计其数，也要给他。

他们各带贡物，就是金器、银器、衣服、军械、香料、骡马，每年有一定之例。

于是，示巴女王将一百二十他连得金子和宝石，与极多的香料，送给所罗门王。她送给王的香料，以后奉来的不再有这样多。

有些非利士人与约沙法送礼物，纳贡银。阿拉伯人也送他公绵羊七千七百只，公山羊七千七百只。

所罗门统管诸国，从大河到非利士地，直到埃及的边界。所罗门在世的日子，这些国都进贡服侍他。

进了房子，看见小孩子和他母亲马利亚，就俯伏拜那小孩子，揭开宝盒，拿黄金、乳香、没药为礼物献给他。

以斯拉说：“耶和华我们列祖的神是应当称颂的！因他使王起这心意修饰耶路撒冷耶和华的殿，

耶和华使所罗门在以色列众人眼前甚为尊大，极其威严，胜过在他以前的以色列王。

就打发他儿子约兰去见大卫王，问他的安，为他祝福，因为他杀败了哈大底谢。原来陀以与哈大底谢常常争战。约兰带了金银铜的器皿来，大卫王将这些器皿和他治服各国所得来的金银都分别为圣，献给耶和华，

因你耶路撒冷的殿，列王必带贡物献给你。

于是示巴女王将一百二十他连得金子和宝石，与极多的香料送给所罗门王；她送给王的香料，以后再没有这样的。希兰的仆人和所罗门的仆人从俄斐运了金子来，也运了檀香木和宝石来。
