Has not this same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars and commanded Judah and Jerusalem,“ Before one altar you shall worship, and on it you shall burn your sacrifices”?

這希西家豈不是廢去耶和華的邱壇和祭壇，吩咐猶大與耶路撒冷的人說「你們當在一個壇前敬拜，在其上燒香」嗎？

此希西家、非廢上帝之崇邱與壇、命猶大及耶路撒冷人、惟在一壇崇拜、焚香於其上乎、

何希西家廢彼崇坵、去彼祭壇、命猶大族、耶路撒冷民、惟在一壇崇拜焚香。

此希西家曾廢天主之邱壇與祭臺、且命猶大及耶路撒冷民曰、爾惟在一祭臺前崇拜、在此祭臺上焚香、

Did not Hezekiah himself remove this god’s high places and altars, saying to Judah and Jerusalem,‘ You must worship before one altar and burn sacrifices on it’?

Didn’t Hezekiah himself remove your god’s high places and altars? Didn’t Hezekiah say to the people of Judah and Jerusalem,“ You must worship at one altar. You must burn sacrifices on it”?

Don’t you realize that Hezekiah is the very person who destroyed all the Lord’s shrines and altars? He commanded Judah and Jerusalem to worship only at the altar at the Temple and to offer sacrifices on it alone.

Didn’t Hezekiah himself remove his high places and his altars and say to Judah and Jerusalem,“ You must worship before one altar, and you must burn incense on it”?

Is it not the same Hezekiah who removed His high places and His altars, and said to Judah and Jerusalem,“ You shall worship before one altar, and on it you shall burn incense”?

Has not the same Hezekiah taken away His high places and His altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying,“ You shall worship before one altar and burn incense on it”?

Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and upon it shall ye burn incense?

Didn’t Hezekiah himself remove His high places and His altars and say to Judah and Jerusalem,“ You must worship before one altar, and you must burn incense on it”?

Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it?

Hezekiah is the one who eliminated the LORD’s high places and altars and then told Judah and Jerusalem,“ At one altar you must worship and offer sacrifices.”

Hasn’t the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying,‘ You shall worship before one altar, and you shall burn incense on it?’

Now when all this was finished, all Israel who were present went out to the cities of Judah and broke in pieces the pillars and cut down the Asherim and broke down the high places and the altars throughout all Judah and Benjamin, and in Ephraim and Manasseh, until they had destroyed them all. Then all the people of Israel returned to their cities, every man to his possession.

“ You shall make an altar on which to burn incense; you shall make it of acacia wood.A cubit shall be its length, and a cubit its breadth. It shall be square, and two cubits shall be its height. Its horns shall be of one piece with it.You shall overlay it with pure gold, its top and around its sides and its horns. And you shall make a molding of gold around it.And you shall make two golden rings for it. Under its molding on two opposite sides of it you shall make them, and they shall be holders for poles with which to carry it.You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.And you shall put it in front of the veil that is above the ark of the testimony, in front of the mercy seat that is above the testimony, where I will meet with you.

He removed the high places and broke the pillars and cut down the Asherah. And he broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the people of Israel had made offerings to it( it was called Nehushtan).

But if you say to me,“ We trust in the Lord our God,” is it not he whose high places and altars Hezekiah has removed, saying to Judah and to Jerusalem,“ You shall worship before this altar”?

He put the golden altar in the tent of meeting before the veil,and burned fragrant incense on it, as the Lord had commanded Moses.He put in place the screen for the door of the tabernacle.And he set the altar of burnt offering at the entrance of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, and offered on it the burnt offering and the grain offering, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

“ You shall make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits broad. The altar shall be square, and its height shall be three cubits.And you shall make horns for it on its four corners; its horns shall be of one piece with it, and you shall overlay it with bronze.You shall make pots for it to receive its ashes, and shovels and basins and forks and fire pans. You shall make all its utensils of bronze.You shall also make for it a grating, a network of bronze, and on the net you shall make four bronze rings at its four corners.And you shall set it under the ledge of the altar so that the net extends halfway down the altar.And you shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with bronze.And the poles shall be put through the rings, so that the poles are on the two sides of the altar when it is carried.You shall make it hollow, with boards. As it has been shown you on the mountain, so shall it be made.

Take care that you do not offer your burnt offerings at any place that you see,but at the place that the Lord will choose in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I am commanding you.

But the holy things that are due from you, and your vow offerings, you shall take, and you shall go to the place that the Lord will choose,and offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of the Lord your God. The blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of the Lord your God, but the flesh you may eat.

But if you say to me,“ We trust in the Lord our God,” is it not he whose high places and altars Hezekiah has removed, saying to Judah and to Jerusalem,“ You shall worship before this altar in Jerusalem”?

He made an altar of bronze, twenty cubits long and twenty cubits wide and ten cubits high.

So Solomon made all the vessels that were in the house of the Lord: the golden altar, the golden table for the bread of the Presence,
