In everything that he undertook in the service of God’s temple and in obedience to the law and the commands, he sought his God and worked wholeheartedly. And so he prospered.

He tried to obey his God. He worked for him with all his heart. That’s the way he worked in everything he did to serve God’s temple. He obeyed the law. He followed the Lord’ s commands. So he had success.

And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God and in accordance with the law and the commandments, seeking his God, he did with all his heart, and prospered.

In all that he did in the service of the Temple of God and in his efforts to follow God’s laws and commands, Hezekiah sought his God wholeheartedly. As a result, he was very successful.

He was diligent in every deed that he began in the service of God’s temple, in the instruction and the commands, in order to seek his God, and he prospered.

Every work which he began in the service of the house of God in the Law and in the commandment, seeking his God, he did with all his heart and prospered.

儘撒迦利亞在世的日子，撒迦利亞將敬畏上帝之事指導烏西雅，烏西雅總是定意尋求上帝的；而儘烏西雅尋求永恆主的日子，上帝總是叫他諸事順利的。

你要全心、全意、全力愛永恆主你的上帝。

他所喜愛的、是永恆主的律法，他晝夜所思想的、也是主的律法。他好像一棵樹、移植於流水溝旁，按節候結果子，其葉子總不凋殘；凡他所作的、盡都順利。

凡你的手見得可作的事、你總要盡力去作；因為在你所要去的陰間、那裏沒有工作，沒有設計，沒有知識，也沒有智慧。

所以你們要謹慎遵行「這約」的話，好使你們所行的凡事亨通。

這樣、永恆主就必堅立他的話、就是他所應許關於我的話、說：「你的子孫若謹慎他們所行的路，全心全意忠誠誠地行於我面前，那麼、你的子孫就不斷有人坐以色列的王位了。」

他對猶大人說：『我們要修造這些城，讓四圍有牆，有譙樓，有門，有閂；地還在我們手下，因為我們尋求永恆主我們的上帝；我們既尋求他，他就使我們四面平靜。』於是他們就修造，而且很順利。

你只要剛強，大大壯膽，謹慎遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏於右、或偏於左，好使你無論往哪裏去都得亨通。「這律法」書不可離開你的口；你要晝夜沉思，好使你按照書上所寫的一切話謹慎遵行；因為這樣、你所行的路就會順利，這樣、你就會亨通。

看哪，我辛辛苦苦為永恆主的殿豫備了金子十萬擔，銀子一百萬擔，銅和鐵多得無法可稱；木料石頭、我也已經豫備了；你還可以增添。

『現在呢、以色列啊，永恆主你的上帝向你要的是甚麼呢？豈不是只要你敬畏永恆主你的上帝，在他一切的道路上走，愛他，全心全意來事奉永恆主你的上帝，

第四天眾人聚集在比拉迦谷，因為他們是在那裏祝頌永恆主的；因此人給那地方起名叫比拉迦谷；直到今日還叫這名。

『所以凡聽我這些話而實行的，好比一個精明的人，把他的房子建造在磐石上。霖雨降，河流來，大風吹，撞着那房子，房子不倒壞；因為它立了根基在磐石上。凡聽我這些話而不實行的，好比一個愚拙的人，把他的房子建造在沙土上。霖雨降，河流來，大風吹，碰着那房子，房子就倒壞；其倒壞是很大的！』
