Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites, who showed good understanding of the service of the Lord. For the seven days they ate their assigned portion and offered fellowship offerings and praised the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Hezekiah spoke words that gave hope to all the Levites. They understood how to serve the Lord well. For the seven days of the feast they ate the share given to them. They also sacrificed friendship offerings. They praised the Lord, the God of their people.

And Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who showed good skill in the service of the Lord. So they ate the food of the festival for seven days, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the Lord, the God of their fathers.

Hezekiah encouraged all the Levites regarding the skill they displayed as they served the Lord. The celebration continued for seven days. Peace offerings were sacrificed, and the people gave thanks to the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Then Hezekiah encouraged all the Levites who performed skillfully before the LORD. They ate at the appointed festival for seven days, sacrificing fellowship offerings and giving thanks to the LORD, the God of their ancestors.

Then Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who showed good insight in the things of the Lord. So they ate for the appointed seven days, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the Lord God of their fathers.

And Hezekiah gave encouragement to all the Levites who taught the good knowledge of the Lord; and they ate throughout the feast seven days, offering peace offerings and making confession to the Lord God of their fathers.

And Hezekiah spake comfortably unto all the Levites that had good understanding in the service of Jehovah. So they did eat throughout the feast for the seven days, offering sacrifices of peace- offerings, and making confession to Jehovah, the God of their fathers.

Then Hezekiah encouraged all the Levites who performed skillfully before the Lord. They ate at the appointed festival for seven days, sacrificing fellowship offerings and giving thanks to Yahweh, the God of their ancestors.

And Hezekiah spake comfortably unto all the Levites that taught the good knowledge of the LORD: and they did eat throughout the feast seven days, offering peace offerings, and making confession to the LORD God of their fathers.

Hezekiah expressed his appreciation to all the Levites, who demonstrated great skill in serving the LORD. They feasted for the seven days of the festival, and were making peace offerings and giving thanks to the LORD God of their ancestors.

Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who had good understanding in the service of Yahweh. So they ate throughout the feast for the seven days, offering sacrifices of peace offerings, and making confession to Yahweh, the God of their fathers.

那日的四分之一，他們站在自己的地方念耶和華－他們神的律法書，又在那日的四分之一認罪，敬拜耶和華－他們的神。

他設立軍事將領管理百姓，召集他們在城門的廣場，勉勵他們，說：

現在當向耶和華－你們列祖的神認罪，遵行他的旨意，離開這地的百姓和外邦女子。」

從第一天直到末一天，以斯拉天天朗讀神的律法書。他們守節七日，第八日照例有嚴肅會。

因為耶和華賞賜智慧，知識和聰明都由他口而出。他為正直人珍藏健全的知識，給行為純正的人作盾牌，

他們在猶大教導，帶着耶和華的律法書，走遍猶大各城教導百姓。

因此，看哪，我要誘導她，領她到曠野，我要說動她的心。

他們將你的典章教導雅各，將你的律法教導以色列。他們奉上香讓你聞，把全牲的燔祭獻在你壇上。

不但如此，我已把萬事當作是有損的，因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶。我為他已經丟棄萬事，看作糞土，為要贏得基督，

他對那歸耶和華為聖、教導以色列眾人的利未人說：「你們將聖約櫃安放在以色列王大衛兒子所羅門建造的殿裏，不必再用肩扛抬。現在你們要服事耶和華－你們的神和他的百姓以色列。

「你，以斯拉啊，要照着你神賜你的智慧，指派所有明白你神律法的人作官長、審判官，治理河西所有的百姓，教導不明白神律法的人。

你們當聽，因我要說尊貴的事，我要張開嘴唇講正直的事。

到當時的祭司那裏，對他說：『我今日向耶和華－你的神宣認，我已來到耶和華向我們列祖起誓要賜給我們的地。』祭司就從你手裏把筐子接過來，供在耶和華－你神的祭壇前。你要在耶和華－你神面前告白說：『我的祖先原是一個流亡的亞蘭人，帶着稀少的人丁下到埃及寄居。在那裏，他卻成了又大又強、人數眾多的國。埃及人惡待我們，迫害我們，將苦工加在我們身上。於是我們哀求耶和華我們列祖的神。耶和華聽見我們的聲音，看見我們所受的困苦、勞役和欺壓，耶和華就用大能的手和伸出來的膀臂，以及大而可畏的事和神蹟奇事，領我們出了埃及，將我們領進這地方，把這流奶與蜜之地賜給我們。耶和華啊，看哪，現在我把你所賜我地上初熟的土產供上。』隨後你要把筐子供在耶和華－你神面前，向耶和華－你的神下拜。你和利未人，以及在你中間寄居的，要因耶和華－你神所賜你和你家的一切福分歡樂。

以色列人不信真神，沒有訓誨的祭司，也沒有律法，已經許多日子了。

耶書亞、巴尼、示利比、雅憫、亞谷、沙比太、荷第雅、瑪西雅、基利他、亞撒利雅、約撒拔、哈難、毗萊雅和利未人使百姓明白律法；百姓都站在自己的地方。他們清清楚楚地念神的律法書，講明意思，使百姓明白所念的。

務要傳道；無論得時不得時總要專心，並以百般的忍耐和各樣的教導責備人，警戒人，勸勉人。

你們的神說：「要安慰，安慰我的百姓。要對耶路撒冷說安慰的話，向它宣告，它的戰爭已結束，它的罪孽已赦免；它為自己一切的罪，已從耶和華手中加倍受罰。」

認識你－獨一的真神，並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督，這就是永生。

那吩咐光從黑暗裏照出來的神已經照在我們心裏，使我們知道神榮耀的光顯在耶穌基督的臉上。

以斯拉立志考究遵行耶和華的律法，又將律例典章教導以色列人。
