But a prophet of the Lord named Oded was there, and he went out to meet the army when it returned to Samaria. He said to them,“ Because the Lord, the God of your ancestors, was angry with Judah, he gave them into your hand. But you have slaughtered them in a rage that reaches to heaven.

But a prophet of Yahweh was there, whose name was Oded; and he went out to meet the army that came to Samaria, and said to them,“ Behold, because Yahweh, the God of your fathers, was angry with Judah, he has delivered them into your hand, and you have slain them in a rage which has reached up to heaven.

我向我的百姓发怒，使我的产业被亵渎，将他们交在你手中，你毫不怜悯他们，把极重的轭加在老年人身上。

因她的罪恶滔天；她的不义，神已经想起来了。

主耶和华如此说：“因为以东报仇雪恨，攻击犹大家，向他们报仇，大大有罪，所以主耶和华如此说：我必伸手攻击以东，剪除人与牲畜，使以东从提幔起，人必倒在刀下，地要变为荒凉，直到底但。我必藉我民以色列的手报复以东；以色列民必照我的怒气，按我的忿怒在以东施报，以东人就知道是我施报。这是主耶和华说的。”主耶和华如此说：“因非利士人向犹大人报仇，就是以恨恶的心报仇雪恨，永怀仇恨，要毁灭他们，所以主耶和华如此说：我必伸手攻击非利士人，剪除基利提人，灭绝沿海剩下的居民。我向他们大施报应，发怒斥责他们。我报复他们的时候，他们就知道我是耶和华。”

“因你向兄弟雅各行强暴，羞愧必遮盖你，你也必永远断绝。当外人掳掠雅各的财物，外邦人进入他的城门，为耶路撒冷拈阄的日子，你竟站在一旁，像与他们同伙。你兄弟遭难的日子，你不当瞪眼看着；犹大人被灭的日子，你不当因此欢乐；他们遭难的日子，你不当说狂傲的话。我民遭灾的日子，你不当进他们的城门；他们遭灾的日子，你不当瞪眼看着他们受苦；他们遭灾的日子，你不当伸手抢他们的财物；你不当站在岔路口剪除他们中间逃脱的；他们遭难的日子，你不当将他们剩下的人交付仇敌。”“耶和华降罚的日子临近万国。你怎样行，他也必照样向你行；你的报应必归到你头上。你们犹大人在我圣山怎样喝了苦杯，万国也必照样常常地喝；且喝且咽，他们就归于无有。”

所以耶和华的怒气向以色列人发作，就把他们交在美索不达米亚王古珊利萨田的手中。以色列人服侍古珊利萨田八年。

他对王说：“耶和华如此说：‘因你将我定要灭绝的人放去，你的命就必代替他的命，你的民也必代替他的民。’”

于是先知以赛亚来见希西家王，问他说：“这些人说什么？他们从哪里来见你？”希西家说：“他们从远方的巴比伦来。”以赛亚说：“他们在你家里看见了什么？”希西家说：“凡我家中所有的，他们都看见了；我财宝中没有一样不给他们看的。”

他们说：“来吧！我们要建造一座城和一座塔，塔顶通天，为要传扬我们的名，免得我们分散在全地上。”

所以，耶和华他的神将他交在亚兰王手里。亚兰王打败他，掳了他许多的民，带到大马士革去。神又将他交在以色列王手里，以色列王向他大行杀戮。

那先知来见以色列王，对他说：“你当自强，留心怎样防备；因为到明年这时候，亚兰王必上来攻击你。”

“人子啊，因推罗向耶路撒冷说：‘阿哈，那作众民之门的已经破坏，向我开放；她既变为荒场，我必丰盛。’所以，主耶和华如此说：推罗啊，我必与你为敌，使许多国民上来攻击你，如同海使波浪涌上来一样。

亚述是我怒气的棍，手中拿我恼恨的杖。我要打发他攻击亵渎的国民，吩咐他攻击我所恼怒的百姓，抢财为掳物，夺货为掠物，将他们践踏，像街上的泥土一样。然而，他不是这样的意思；他心也不这样打算。他心里倒想毁灭，剪除不少的国。

因为，你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。

我没有坐在宴乐人的会中，也没有欢乐；我因你的感动独自静坐，因你使我满心愤恨。我的痛苦为何长久不止呢？我的伤痕为何无法医治、不能痊愈呢？难道你待我有诡诈，像流干的河道吗？

犹大王约沙法平平安安地回耶路撒冷，到宫里去了。先见哈拿尼的儿子耶户出来迎接约沙法王，对他说：“你岂当帮助恶人，爱那恨恶耶和华的人呢？因此耶和华的忿怒临到你。

因此，耶和华的怒气向亚玛谢发作，就差一个先知去见他，说：“这些神不能救它的民脱离你的手，你为何寻求它呢？”先知与王说话的时候，王对他说：“谁立你作王的谋士呢？你住口吧！为何找打呢？”先知就止住了，又说：“你行这事，不听从我的劝戒，我知道神定意要灭你。”

耶和华说：“你做了什么事呢？你兄弟的血有声音从地里向我哀告。

有一个先知来见以色列王亚哈，说：“耶和华如此说：‘这一大群人你看见了吗？今日我必将他们交在你手里，你就知道我是耶和华。’”
