Listen to me! You have taken your relatives from Judah as prisoners. The Lord is very angry with you. So send your relatives back.”

你们现在要听我的话，把你们掳回来的兄弟释放回去，因为耶和华的震怒已经临到你们身上了。”

宜聽我言、反其同宗、不然必干耶和華震怒。

Now listen to me! Send back your fellow Israelites you have taken as prisoners, for the Lord’s fierce anger rests on you.”

Now hear me, and send back the captives from your relatives whom you have taken, for the fierce wrath of the Lord is upon you.”

Listen to me and return these prisoners you have taken, for they are your own relatives. Watch out, because now the Lord’s fierce anger has been turned against you!”

Listen to me and return the captives you took from your brothers, for the LORD’s burning anger is on you.”

Now then, listen to me and return the captives whom you captured from your brothers, for the burning anger of the Lord is against you.”

Now hear me, therefore, and return the captives, whom you have taken captive from your brethren, for the fierce wrath of the Lord is upon you.”

Now hear me therefore, and send back the captives, that ye have taken captive of your brethren; for the fierce wrath of Jehovah is upon you.

Listen to me and return the captives you took from your brothers, for the Lord’s burning anger is on you.”

Now hear me therefore, and deliver the captives again, which ye have taken captive of your brethren: for the fierce wrath of the LORD[ is] upon you.

Now listen to me! Send back those you have seized from your brothers, for the LORD is very angry at you!”

Now hear me therefore, and send back the captives that you have taken captive from your brothers, for the fierce wrath of Yahweh is on you.”

Those who have not shown mercy will not receive mercy when they are judged. To show mercy is better than to judge.

Blessed are those who show mercy. They will be shown mercy.

The men of Israel captured 200,000 wives, sons and daughters from their relatives in Judah. They also took a large amount of goods. They carried all of it back to Samaria.

‘ Every seventh year you must set your people free. Each of you must set free all the Hebrews who have sold themselves to you. Let them serve you for six years. Then you must let them go free.’( Deuteronomy 15:12) But your people of long ago did not listen to me. They did not pay any attention to me.Recently you turned away from your sins. You did what is right in my eyes. Each of you set your Hebrew slaves free. You even made a covenant in front of me. You did it in the house where I have put my Name.

Our officials can act for the whole community. Have everyone in our towns who has married a woman from another land come at a certain time. Tell them to come together with the elders and judges of each town. Then our God will no longer be angry with us concerning this whole matter.”

Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.Don’t forget to welcome outsiders. By doing that, some people have welcomed angels without knowing it.Keep on remembering those in prison. Do this as if you were together with them in prison. And remember those who are treated badly as if you yourselves were suffering.

You will be judged in the same way you judge others. You will be measured in the same way you measure others.

“ Here is the way I want you to fast.“ Set free those who are held by chains without any reason. Untie the ropes that hold people as slaves. Set free those who are crushed. Break every evil chain.
