约阿施的儿子是亚玛谢；亚玛谢的儿子是亚撒利雅；亚撒利雅的儿子是约坦；

但国民杀了那些背叛亚们王的人，立他儿子约西亚接续他作王。

亚撒生约沙法；约沙法生约兰；约兰生乌西亚；乌西亚生约坦；约坦生亚哈斯；亚哈斯生希西家；

犹大众民立亚玛谢的儿子亚撒利雅接续他父作王，那时他年十六岁。
