So they finished the work. Then they brought the rest of the money to the king and Jehoiada. It was used to pay for the objects that were made for the Lord’ s temple. The objects were used for serving at the temple. They were also used for the burnt offerings. The objects included dishes and other things made out of gold and silver. As long as Jehoiada lived, burnt offerings were sacrificed continually at the Lord’ s temple.

And when they had finished, they brought the rest of the money before the king and Jehoiada, and with it were made utensils for the house of the Lord, both for the service and for the burnt offerings, and dishes for incense and vessels of gold and silver. And they offered burnt offerings in the house of the Lord regularly all the days of Jehoiada.

When all the repairs were finished, they brought the remaining money to the king and Jehoiada. It was used to make various articles for the Temple of the Lord— articles for worship services and for burnt offerings, including ladles and other articles made of gold and silver. And the burnt offerings were sacrificed continually in the Temple of the Lord during the lifetime of Jehoiada the priest.

This is for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.With each bull there is to be a drink offering of half a hin of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon during the year.Besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering, one male goat is to be presented to the Lord as a sin offering.“‘ On the fourteenth day of the first month the Lord’s Passover is to be held.On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a festival; for seven days eat bread made without yeast.On the first day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.Present to the Lord a food offering consisting of a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.With each bull offer a grain offering of three- tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two- tenths;and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth.Include one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you.Offer these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering.In this way present the food offering every day for seven days as an aroma pleasing to the Lord; it is to be offered in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.On the seventh day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.“‘ On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the Lord an offering of new grain during the Festival of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.Present a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three- tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two- tenths;and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth.

The money brought into the temple was not spent for making silver basins, wick trimmers, sprinkling bowls, trumpets or any other articles of gold or silver for the temple of the Lord;it was paid to the workers, who used it to repair the temple.

the pure gold basins, wick trimmers, sprinkling bowls, dishes and censers; and the gold sockets for the doors of the innermost room, the Most Holy Place, and also for the doors of the main hall of the temple.

Though you grind a fool in a mortar, grinding them like grain with a pestle, you will not remove their folly from them.
