It was used to make various articles for the Temple of the Lord— articles for worship services and for burnt offerings, including ladles and other articles made of gold and silver. And the burnt offerings were sacrificed continually in the Temple of the Lord during the lifetime of Jehoiada the priest.

The silver brought to the LORD’s temple was not used for silver bowls, trimming shears, basins, trumpets, or any kind of gold or silver implements.It was handed over to the foremen who used it to repair the LORD’s temple.

the pure gold bowls, trimming shears, basins, pans, and censers, and the gold door sockets for the inner sanctuary( the most holy place) and for the doors of the main hall of the temple.

If you should pound the fool in the mortar among the grain with the pestle, his foolishness would not depart from him.
