a third of you at the royal palace and a third at the Foundation Gate, and all the others are to be in the courtyards of the temple of the Lord.

A third of you must guard the royal palace. And a third of you must guard the Foundation Gate. All the other men must guard the courtyards of the Lord’ s temple.

and one third shall be at the king’s house and one third at the Gate of the Foundation. And all the people shall be in the courts of the house of the Lord.

Another third will go over to the royal palace, and the final third will be at the Foundation Gate. Everyone else should stay in the courtyards of the Lord’s Temple.

一個從母腹裏就是瘸腿的人正被人抬來，他們天天把他放在聖殿的一個叫美門的門口，求進聖殿的人施捨。

王從外面要由門的走廊進入，站在門框旁邊；祭司要為他預備燔祭和平安祭，王要在門的門檻那裏敬拜，然後退出。這門直到晚上不可關閉。安息日和初一，這地的百姓要在這門口，在耶和華面前敬拜。

吩咐他們說：「你們要這樣做：你們當中在安息日值班的，三分之一要把守王宮，三分之一要在蘇珥門，三分之一要在護衛兵院的後門；你們要這樣輪流把守王宮。

耶和華對我說：「這門必須關閉，不可敞開，誰也不可由其中進入；因為耶和華－以色列的神已經由其中進入，所以必須關閉。至於君王，他必按君王的位分坐在其內，在耶和華面前吃餅。他必由這門的走廊而入，也必由此而出。」
