爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、惟彼先知、與作夢者、以言逆之、誘爾違爾上帝耶和華所命行之道、則必殺之、以除爾中之惡、○如爾同母兄弟、或爾子女、或懷中之妻、或如命之友、私誘爾曰、我其往事他神、爾與爾祖所未識者、即爾四周諸族之神、或近或遠、自地極至天涯、爾毋從之、毋聽之、毋惜之、毋恤之、毋匿之、必殺勿赦、爾先加手擊之、眾後擊之、

獻燔祭畢、耶戶命衛士及諸軍長曰、入而殺之、勿容一人出、衛士及軍長遂以刃殺之、擲屍於外、而往巴力廟之邑、取廟中之柱像、出而焚之、毀巴力之柱像、摧其廟以為廁、迄於今日、如是耶戶滅巴力於以色列中、

萬軍之耶和華曰、當是日、我必絕偶像之名於斯土、不復見憶、亦使先知與邪鬼出斯土、如有人預言、則生之之父母、必謂之曰、爾託耶和華名而言誑、必不得生、彼預言時、生之之父母、必刺而穿之、

廢崇邱、毀其柱、斫木偶、昔摩西所作之銅蛇、至今以色列人對之焚香、希西家碎之、稱曰銅塊、

毀其壇、碎其柱像、焚其木偶、斫其雕像、滅其名於斯土、
