Eliezer son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you have made an alliance with Ahaziah, the Lord will destroy what you have made.” The ships were wrecked and were not able to set sail to trade.

Eliezer was the son of Dodavahu from Mareshah. Eliezer prophesied against Jehoshaphat. He said,“ You have joined forces with Ahaziah. So the Lord will destroy what you have made.” The ships were wrecked. They were never able to sail or trade goods.

Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you have joined with Ahaziah, the Lord will destroy what you have made.” And the ships were wrecked and were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezer son of Dodavahu from Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat. He said,“ Because you have allied yourself with King Ahaziah, the Lord will destroy your work.” So the ships met with disaster and never put out to sea.

Then Eliezer son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you formed an alliance with Ahaziah, the LORD has broken up what you have made.” So the ships were wrecked and were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you have allied yourself with Ahaziah, the Lord has destroyed your works.” So the ships were wrecked and could not go to Tarshish.

But Eliezer the son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you have allied yourself with Ahaziah, the Lord has destroyed your works.” Then the ships were wrecked, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, Jehovah hath destroyed thy works. And the ships were broken, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezer son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you formed an alliance with Ahaziah, the Lord has broken up what you have made.” So the ships were wrecked and were not able to go to Tarshish.

Then Eliezer the son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, the LORD hath broken thy works. And the ships were broken, that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

Eliezer son of Dodavahu from Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat,“ Because you made an alliance with Ahaziah, the LORD will shatter what you have made.” The ships were wrecked and unable to go to sea.

Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying,“ Because you have joined yourself with Ahaziah, Yahweh has destroyed your works.” The ships were wrecked, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

與智者同行必得智慧，與愚人結伴必受虧損。

王有船隊與希蘭的僕人一起出海去他施，每三年就運回金銀、象牙、猿猴和孔雀。

哈拿尼先見的兒子耶戶出來迎接約沙法王，對他說：「你怎能幫助惡人，愛那憎恨耶和華的人呢？你這樣做已經惹怒耶和華了。

以色列人犯了罪，違背了我吩咐他們應守的約，偷拿了本該毀滅的東西放在自己的行囊裡，還撒謊。所以，以色列人受咒詛，無法抵擋敵人，掉頭敗逃。你必須將那些本該毀滅的東西從你們中間除掉，不然我就不再與你們同在。

你們要拋棄愚昧，就能存活，要轉向悟性之道。」

耶和華的眼目遍察天下，彰顯大能來扶助那些全心歸向祂的人。你做了愚蠢的事！從此以後，你必遭遇戰禍。」

凡我所愛的，我都會責備、管教。因此，你要熱心起來，也要悔改。

因為主管教祂所愛的人，責罰祂收納的兒子。」

約沙法又建造了一批他施船，要到俄斐去運載黃金，可是沒有成行，因為船隻在以旬·迦別失事了。
