這事住在耶路撒冷的人全都知道，所以按當地的話，那塊地稱為亞革大馬，意思就是‘血田’。

他就給那地方起名叫伯特利，但那城起初名叫路斯。

這些事以後，我聽見天上好像有一大群人大聲說：“哈利路亞！救恩、榮耀、權能都屬於我們的神，因為他的審判是真實公義的。他審判了那大淫婦，那以淫亂敗壞了世界的；並且為他的僕人向淫婦伸了流血的冤。”他們再一次說：“哈利路亞！燒淫婦的煙往上冒，直到永永遠遠！”那二十四位長老和四個活物，就俯伏敬拜那坐在寶座上的神，說：“阿們！哈利路亞！”接著有聲音從寶座發出來，說：“所有神的僕人哪！凡是敬畏他的，無論大小，你們都應當讚美我們的神！”我又聽見一個聲音，好像一大群人的聲音，像眾水的聲音，又像大雷的聲音，說：“哈利路亞！因為主、我們全能的神作王了！
