乃相語曰、我所為者未善、今日有佳音、而我儕默爾、待至平旦、罪必及我、我儕其往、報於王家、遂往、呼守門者、告之曰、我至亞蘭營、見無人在、亦無人聲、惟馬驢繫焉、帳幕如故、守門者乃呼告於王家、王夜起、謂其臣曰、亞蘭人於我所為、我以示爾、彼知我飢、故出營伏於田、意謂其人出城時、我儕則生擒之、而入其邑、一臣對曰、請於邑中所遺之馬、遣人取其五匹、而往窺之、以色列人幾至滅絕、此馬之數、如遺民焉、遂取馬與二車、王遣之追襲亞蘭軍曰、往而察之、乃追襲之、至約但、見衣械遍於途、即亞蘭人疾遁而棄者、使者返告於王、民遂出、掠亞蘭營、於是細麵一細亞、售銀一舍客勒、麰麥二細亞、售銀一舍客勒、如耶和華所言、

諸婦必向其鄰、及寓於其家之女、索金飾銀飾與衣服、以裝爾之子女、奪取埃及人之財物、

爾生存眾婦乎、

統軍諸王、遁矣、遁矣、居家之婦、得分所掠之物兮、

貴於珍珠、凡可慕者、無足比擬、

亦從摩西言、索金飾銀飾及衣服於埃及人、耶和華使民沾恩於埃及人、悉予所索、遂取埃及人之財物、○
