After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying:“ Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.”

Jehoshaphat asked the people for advice. Then he appointed men to sing to the Lord. He wanted them to praise the Lord because of his glory and holiness. They marched out in front of the army. They said,“ Give thanks to the Lord. His faithful love continues forever.”

And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the Lord and praise him in holy attire, as they went before the army, and say,“ Give thanks to the Lord, for his steadfast love endures forever.”

After consulting the people, the king appointed singers to walk ahead of the army, singing to the Lord and praising him for his holy splendor. This is what they sang:“ Give thanks to the Lord; his faithful love endures forever!”

Then he consulted with the people and appointed some to sing for the LORD and some to praise the splendor of his holiness. When they went out in front of the armed forces, they kept singing: Give thanks to the LORD, for his faithful love endures forever.

When he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who sang to the Lord and those who praised Him in holy attire, as they went out before the army and said,“ Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithfulness is everlasting.”

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:“ Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.”

And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed them that should sing unto Jehovah, and give praise in holy array, as they went out before the army, and say, Give thanks unto Jehovah; for his lovingkindness endureth for ever.

Then he consulted with the people and appointed some to sing for the Lord and some to praise the splendor of His holiness. When they went out in front of the armed forces, they kept singing: Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithful love endures forever.

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy[ endureth] for ever.

He met with the people and appointed musicians to play before the LORD and praise his majestic splendor. As they marched ahead of the warriors they said:“ Give thanks to the LORD, for his loyal love endures.”

When he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to Yahweh, and give praise in holy array, as they go out before the army, and say,“ Give thanks to Yahweh; for his loving kindness endures forever.”

吹号的、歌唱的都合一齐声，赞美称谢耶和华。他们配合号筒、铙钹和其他乐器，扬声赞美耶和华：“耶和华本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！”那时，耶和华的殿充满了云彩。

哈利路亚！你们要称谢耶和华，因他本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！

要将耶和华的名的荣耀归给他，要敬拜神圣荣耀的耶和华。

工匠立耶和华殿根基的时候，祭司穿礼服吹号，利未人亚萨的子孙敲钹，都照以色列王大卫亲手所定的，站着赞美耶和华。他们彼此唱和，赞美称谢耶和华：“他本为善，他向以色列永施慈爱。”他们赞美耶和华的时候，众百姓大声呼喊，因为耶和华殿的根基已经立定。

欢喜和快乐的声音、新郎和新娘的声音，并听见有人说：你们要称谢万军之耶和华，因耶和华本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！他们奉感谢祭到耶和华的殿中；因为我必使这地被掳的人归回，如起初一样。这是耶和华说的。”

与他们一同的还有希幔、耶杜顿，和其余被选、名字录在册上的，为要称谢耶和华，因他的慈爱永远长存。

那火降下、耶和华的荣光在殿上的时候，以色列众人看见，就在石板地俯伏敬拜，称谢耶和华：“耶和华本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！”

祭司各供其职侍立，利未人拿着耶和华的乐器，就是大卫王所造、为要颂赞耶和华的乐器，因他的慈爱永远长存；他们为大卫的赞美诗奏乐；祭司在众人面前吹号，以色列众人都站立。

当敬拜神圣荣耀的耶和华，全地都要在他面前战抖！

愿主—我们神的恩宠归于我们身上。愿你坚立我们手所做的工，我们手所做的工，愿你坚立。

王又派利未人在耶和华殿中敲钹，鼓瑟，弹琴，正如大卫和王的先见迦得，以及拿单先知所吩咐的，就是耶和华藉先知所吩咐的。利未人拿大卫的乐器，祭司拿号，一同站立。希西家吩咐在坛上献燔祭，开始献燔祭的时候，他们就唱赞美耶和华的歌，吹号，并用以色列王大卫的乐器伴奏。全会众都敬拜，歌唱的歌唱，吹号的吹号，如此直到燔祭献完了。献完了祭，王和所有在场跟随他的人都俯伏敬拜。希西家王与众领袖吩咐利未人用大卫和亚萨先见的诗词颂赞耶和华，他们欢欢喜喜地颂赞，低头敬拜。

为耶路撒冷城墙行奉献礼的时候，众人把各处的利未人召到耶路撒冷，要以称谢、歌唱、敲钹、鼓瑟、弹琴，喜乐地行奉献礼。

大卫与千夫长、百夫长，以及所有的领袖商议。大卫对以色列全会众说：“你们若以为好，见这事是出于耶和华—我们的神，我们就派人到远近各处去见仍留在以色列各地我们的弟兄，以及住在有郊野之城的祭司和利未人，使他们都到我们这里来聚集。

你们要称谢耶和华，因他本为善；他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢万神之神，因他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢万主之主，因他的慈爱永远长存。称谢那惟一能行大奇事的，因他的慈爱永远长存。称谢那用智慧造天的，因他的慈爱永远长存。称谢那铺地在水以上的，因他的慈爱永远长存。称谢那造成大光的，因他的慈爱永远长存。他造太阳管白昼，因他的慈爱永远长存。他造月亮星宿管黑夜，因他的慈爱永远长存。称谢那击杀埃及凡是头生的，因他的慈爱永远长存。他以大能的手和伸出来的膀臂，因他的慈爱永远长存。领以色列人从埃及人中出来，因他的慈爱永远长存。

无智谋，民就败落；谋士多，就必得胜。

从全然美丽的锡安中，神已经发光了。

在耶路撒冷的以色列人守除酵节七日，大大喜乐。利未人和祭司为耶和华演奏响亮的乐器，天天颂赞耶和华。
