After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying:“ Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.”

Jehoshaphat asked the people for advice. Then he appointed men to sing to the Lord. He wanted them to praise the Lord because of his glory and holiness. They marched out in front of the army. They said,“ Give thanks to the Lord. His faithful love continues forever.”

And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the Lord and praise him in holy attire, as they went before the army, and say,“ Give thanks to the Lord, for his steadfast love endures forever.”

After consulting the people, the king appointed singers to walk ahead of the army, singing to the Lord and praising him for his holy splendor. This is what they sang:“ Give thanks to the Lord; his faithful love endures forever!”

Then he consulted with the people and appointed some to sing for the LORD and some to praise the splendor of his holiness. When they went out in front of the armed forces, they kept singing: Give thanks to the LORD, for his faithful love endures forever.

When he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who sang to the Lord and those who praised Him in holy attire, as they went out before the army and said,“ Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithfulness is everlasting.”

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:“ Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.”

And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed them that should sing unto Jehovah, and give praise in holy array, as they went out before the army, and say, Give thanks unto Jehovah; for his lovingkindness endureth for ever.

Then he consulted with the people and appointed some to sing for the Lord and some to praise the splendor of His holiness. When they went out in front of the armed forces, they kept singing: Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithful love endures forever.

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy[ endureth] for ever.

He met with the people and appointed musicians to play before the LORD and praise his majestic splendor. As they marched ahead of the warriors they said:“ Give thanks to the LORD, for his loyal love endures.”

When he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to Yahweh, and give praise in holy array, as they go out before the army, and say,“ Give thanks to Yahweh; for his loving kindness endures forever.”

要把耶和华的名应得的荣耀归给他，拿着礼物到他面前来，要以圣洁的装饰敬拜耶和华。

吹号的和歌唱的都一致同声地赞美称谢耶和华。他们吹号、敲钹，用各种乐器高声赞美耶和华，说：“耶和华是良善的，他的慈爱永远长存。”那时云彩充满了那殿，就是耶和华的殿。

你们要赞美耶和华。你们要称谢耶和华，因为他是美善的；他的慈爱永远长存。

要把耶和华的名的荣耀归给他，要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华（“要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华”或译：“在耶和华显现的时候，要敬拜他”，或“要在耶和华圣洁的光辉中敬拜他”）。

建筑工人奠立耶和华殿根基的时候，祭司都穿上礼服，拿着号筒，亚萨子孙的利未人，都拿着响钹，站在自己的位置，按照以色列王大卫所定的仪式赞美耶和华。他们赞美和称谢，向耶和华歌唱，说：“耶和华是至善的，他向以色列人所施的慈爱永远长存。”他们赞美耶和华的时候，众人都大声呼喊，因为耶和华殿的根基已经奠定。

欢喜和快乐的声音，新郎和新妇的声音；还要听见那些带着感恩祭到耶和华殿的人的声音说：“你们要称谢万军之耶和华，因为耶和华是至善的，他的慈爱永远长存。”因为我必使这地被掳的归回，像起初一样。’”这是耶和华说的。

和他们一起的有希幔、耶杜顿和其余被选出，有记名的人，都称谢耶和华，因为他的慈爱永远常存。

那火降下，耶和华的荣光停在殿上的时候，以色列众人都看见；于是他们在铺石地跪下，俯伏在地，敬拜称颂耶和华说：“耶和华是良善的，他的慈爱永远长存。”

祭司都站在自己的岗位上；利未人也站着，拿着大卫王所做的耶和华的乐器，称颂耶和华，因为他的慈爱永远长存；大卫藉着他们赞美耶和华的时候，祭司在众人前面吹号；以色列众人都站着。

要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华（“要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华”或译：“在耶和华显现的时候，要敬拜他”，或“要在耶和华圣洁的光辉中敬拜他”），全地都要在他面前战栗。

愿主我们的神的恩慈临到我们身上；愿你为我们的缘故，坚立我们手所作的工；我们手所作的工，愿你坚立。

王又指派在耶和华殿中的利未人拿着响钹和琴瑟，是照着大卫、王的先见迦得和拿单先知所吩咐的，就是耶和华藉他的先知所吩咐的。利未人拿着大卫的乐器，祭司持着号筒，一同站着。希西家吩咐在祭坛上献上燔祭。开始献燔祭的时候，就开始向耶和华歌唱，并且用号筒和以色列王大卫的乐器伴奏。全体会众都叩拜，歌唱的歌唱，吹号的吹号，直到燔祭都献完了。献完了祭，王和所有在场的人，都屈膝叩拜。希西家王和众领袖，又吩咐利未人用大卫和先见亚萨的诗词赞美耶和华，于是他们欢欢喜喜地赞美耶和华，低头敬拜。

耶路撒冷城墙举行奉献典礼的时候，众民在各地寻找利未人，带他们到耶路撒冷来，要他们称谢、歌唱、敲钹、弹琴鼓瑟，欢欢喜喜地举行奉献典礼。

大卫与千夫长、百夫长和所有的领袖商议。然后大卫对以色列全体会众说：“你们如果认为好，认为这事是出于耶和华我们的神，我们就差遣人走遍各地，去见留在以色列各地的兄弟，以及和他们在一起住在那些有草场的城的祭司和利未人，叫他们都聚集到我们这里来。

你们要称谢耶和华，因他本是良善的，他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢万神之神，因为他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢万主之主，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那独行大奇事的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那用智慧造成诸天的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那铺张大地在水上的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那造成大光的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他造太阳管白昼，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他造月亮和星星管黑夜，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那击杀埃及所有头生的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他领以色列人从他们中间出来，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他用大能的手和伸出来的膀臂领他们出来，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那分开红海的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他领以色列人从海中经过，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他把法老和他的军兵都抖落在红海里，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那引导自己的子民走过旷野的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。要称谢那击杀大君王的，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他杀戮了强盛的君王，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他杀了亚摩利王西宏，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他杀了巴珊王噩，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他把他们的地赐给了自己的子民作产业，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他把他们的地赐给他的仆人以色列作产业，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他在我们卑微的时候顾念我们，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他救我们脱离了敌人，因为他的慈爱永远长存。他把粮食赐给全人类，因为他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢天上的神，因为他的慈爱永远长存。

没有智谋，国家败落；谋士众多，就能得胜。

神从全美的锡安，已经彰显荣光。

在耶路撒冷的以色列人，都十分欢乐地守除酵节七天；利未人和祭司天天赞美耶和华，用响亮的乐器赞美耶和华。
