祂說：「要安靜，要知道我是上帝，我必在列國受尊崇，在普世受尊崇。」萬軍之耶和華與我們同在，雅各的上帝是我們的堡壘。

那與他同在的只是血肉之軀，與我們同在的卻是我們的上帝耶和華，祂必幫助我們，為我們作戰。」眾人因猶大王希西迦的這番話而得到鼓舞。

你們不要背叛耶和華，也不要害怕那裡的人，他們不過是我們的獵物，他們已失去庇護。耶和華與我們同在，不要怕他們。」

因此，默然等候耶和華的拯救是美好的。

你們要棄惡從善，才能存活。這樣，萬軍之上帝耶和華必與你們同在，正如你們所說的。

祂使他們戰車的輪子脫落，難以前行。於是，埃及人說：「我們逃命吧，因為耶和華在幫助以色列人對付我們！」

主耶和華——以色列的聖者說：「你們回轉、安息便可得到拯救；你們安靜、信靠便可得到力量。但你們卻不肯。

「必有童貞女懷孕生子，祂的名字要叫以馬內利，意思是『上帝與我們同在』。」

願主與你的靈同在！願恩典與你們同在！

埃及的幫助是徒然的，所以我稱她為「沒用的海怪」。
