則於會中言於眾、曰、約沙法王、與猶大族耶路撒冷民、宜聽我言。耶和華云、爾勿畏葸、懼斯有眾、蓋攻敵者、非爾、乃上帝也。

曰、猶大人眾、耶路撒冷居民、約沙法王、爾其聽之、主告爾如是云、勿因此群眾畏葸恐懼、蓋與敵戰者非爾、乃天主也、

He said:“ Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.

Jahaziel said,“ King Jehoshaphat, listen! All you who live in Judah and Jerusalem, listen! The Lord says to you,‘ Do not be afraid. Do not lose hope because of this huge army. The battle is not yours. It is God’s.

And he said,“ Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the Lord to you,‘ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God’s.

He said,“ Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen carefully, all Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat. This is what the LORD says:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast number, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen, all you of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat: This is what the Lord says to you:‘ Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s.

And he said,“ Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you:‘ Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat: Thus saith Jehovah unto you, Fear not ye, neither be dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen carefully, all Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat. This is what the Lord says:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast number, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

He said:“ Pay attention, all you people of Judah, residents of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says to you:‘ Don’t be afraid and don’t panic because of this huge army! For the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen, all Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, king Jehoshaphat. Yahweh says to you,‘ Don’t be afraid, and don’t be dismayed because of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

耶和華親自在你前頭行，與你同在；他決不撇下你，也不離棄你；你不要害怕，也不要驚慌。”

你們要堅強勇敢；不要害怕，也不要因他們畏懼，因為耶和華你的神與你同去；他決不撇下你，也不離棄你。”

摩西對人民說：“不要懼怕，要站著，觀看耶和華今天為你們施行的拯救；因為你們今天看見的埃及人，必永遠不再看見了。耶和華必為你們爭戰，你們必須安靜，不要作聲。”

耶和華對約書亞說：“你不要因他們懼怕，因為明天這個時候，我必使他們全數在以色列人面前被殺；你要砍斷他們的馬蹄筋，焚燒他們的車輛。”

我就對你們說：‘不要驚恐，不要害怕他們。耶和華你們的神，就是那走在你們前面的那一位，他必為你們作戰，好像他在埃及，在你們面前，為你們所行的一切一樣，

“你出去和你的仇敵作戰的時候，看見馬匹、車輛和比你多的人群，你不要怕他們，因為那把你們從埃及地領上來的耶和華你的神，與你同在。

不要懼怕，因為我與你同在；不要四處張望，因為我是你的神，我必堅固你，我必幫助你；我必用公義的右手扶持你。看哪！向你發怒的都必蒙羞受辱；與你相爭的人，都要如同無有，並要滅亡。與你爭競的人，你要尋找他們，卻找不著；與你交戰的人，都必如同無有，好像虛無。因為我，耶和華你們的神，緊握著你的右手，對你說：“不要懼怕，我必幫助你。”蟲子雅各啊！以色列人哪！你不要懼怕。我必幫助你；這是耶和華說的。你的救贖主，就是以色列的聖者。看哪！我要使你成為打糧的器具，又新，又鋒利，又有很多利齒；你要揚淨群山，把它們壓得粉碎，又使岡陵變成糠秕。你必簸揚它們，風要把它們吹去，旋風也要把它們吹散；但你要靠耶和華喜樂，以以色列的聖者誇耀。

因為耶和華你們的神和你們同去，要為你們攻打你們的仇敵，要拯救你們。’

我巡視之後，就起來，對貴族、官長和其餘的人民說：“不要怕他們，要記得主是偉大可畏的，要為你們的兄弟、兒女、妻子和你們的家爭戰。”

但是，雅各啊！那創造你的耶和華，以色列啊！那塑造你的主，現在這樣說：“不要懼怕，因為我救贖了你；我按著你的名呼召了你；你是屬我的。你從水中經過的時候，我必與你同在；你渡過江河的時候，水必不淹沒你；你從火中行走的時候，必不會燒傷；火燄也不會在你身上燒起來。
