又求你从黎巴嫩运些香柏木、松木、檀香木到我这里来，因我知道你的仆人善于砍伐黎巴嫩的树木。我的仆人也必与你的仆人同工。

求你從利巴嫩運送香柏木、松木、檀香木到我這裏來；因為我知道你的僕人、精於砍伐利巴嫩的樹木。看吧，我的僕人也要和你的僕人一同作工。

又求自利巴嫩、運香柏松木檀木於我、我知爾僕、在利巴嫩善於伐木、我僕可與之偕、

我知爾僕、善於斫木、我僕可與之偕、取利巴嫩之柏香木、松木、檀木、運至我所。

又求自利巴嫩、將柏香木、柏木、檀木、運至我所、我知王之僕善伐木於利巴嫩、我僕可助王之僕、

Now therefore command that cedar trees be cut for me out of Lebanon. My servants will be with your servants; and I will give you wages for your servants according to all that you say. For you know that there is nobody among us who knows how to cut timber like the Sidonians.”

The fleet of Hiram that brought gold from Ophir, also brought in from Ophir great quantities of almug trees and precious stones.

The servants of Huram and the servants of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, also brought algum trees and precious stones.The king used algum tree wood to make terraces for Yahweh’s house and for the king’s house, and harps and stringed instruments for the singers. There were none like these seen before in the land of Judah.
