Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.

And as for this house, which is exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and will hiss, and say,‘ Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’

to prepare timber for me in abundance, for the temple which I am about to build shall be great and wonderful.

which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords,

Furthermore King David said to all the assembly:“ My son Solomon, whom alone God has chosen, is young and inexperienced; and the work is great, because the temple is not for man but for the Lord God.

Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works.All nations whom You have made Shall come and worship before You, O Lord, And shall glorify Your name.
