“ Amariah the chief priest will be over you in any matter concerning the Lord, and Zebadiah son of Ishmael, the leader of the tribe of Judah, will be over you in any matter concerning the king, and the Levites will serve as officials before you. Act with courage, and may the Lord be with those who do well.”

“ Amariah the chief priest will be over you in any matter that concerns the Lord. Zebadiah is the leader of the tribe of Judah. He is the son of Ishmael. Zebadiah will be over you in any matter that concerns the king. The Levites will serve as your officials. Be brave. And may the Lord be with those of you who do well.”

And behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of the Lord; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the governor of the house of Judah, in all the king’s matters, and the Levites will serve you as officers. Deal courageously, and may the Lord be with the upright!”

“ Amariah the high priest will have final say in all cases involving the Lord. Zebadiah son of Ishmael, a leader from the tribe of Judah, will have final say in all civil cases. The Levites will assist you in making sure that justice is served. Take courage as you fulfill your duties, and may the Lord be with those who do what is right.”

Behold, Amariah the chief priest will be over you in every matter that pertains to the Lord, and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, in all that pertains to the king. Also the Levites shall be officers before you. Act resolutely, and may the Lord be with the upright.”

And take notice: Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of the Lord; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, for all the king’s matters; also the Levites will be officials before you. Behave courageously, and the Lord will be with the good.”

And, behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of Jehovah; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, in all the king’s matters: also the Levites shall be officers before you. Deal courageously, and Jehovah be with the good.

You will report to Amariah the chief priest in all matters pertaining to the LORD’s law, and to Zebadiah son of Ishmael, the leader of the family of Judah, in all matters pertaining to the king. The Levites will serve as officials before you. Confidently carry out your duties! May the LORD be with those who do well!”

Behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of Yahweh; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, in all the king’s matters. Also the Levites shall be officers before you. Deal courageously, and may Yahweh be with the good.”

Jehoshaphat also appointed in Jerusalem some of the Levites and priests and some of the Israelite family heads for deciding the LORD’s will and for settling disputes of the residents of Jerusalem.

From the Hebronites: Hashabiah and his relatives, 1,700 capable men, had assigned duties in Israel west of the Jordan for all the work of the LORD and for the service of the king.

Good will come to the one who lends generously and conducts his business fairly.

So he went out to meet Asa and said to him,“ Asa and all Judah and Benjamin, hear me. The LORD is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you abandon him, he will abandon you.

Or do you despise the riches of his kindness, restraint, and patience, not recognizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?Because of your hardened and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed.He will repay each one according to his works:eternal life to those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality;but wrath and anger to those who are self-seeking and disobey the truth while obeying unrighteousness.There will be affliction and distress for every human being who does evil, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek;but glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does what is good, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.For there is no favoritism with God.For all who sin without the law will also perish without the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.For the hearers of the law are not righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified.

There was a good and righteous man named Joseph, a member of the Sanhedrin,

So follow the way of the good, and keep to the paths of the righteous.

For to the person who is pleasing in his sight, he gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy; but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and accumulating in order to give to the one who is pleasing in God’s sight. This too is futile and a pursuit of the wind.

Azariah fathered Amariah; Amariah fathered Ahitub;

Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

“ Be strong and courageous, for you will distribute the land I swore to their ancestors to give them as an inheritance.

Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or abandon you until all the work for the service of the LORD’s house is finished.

You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

With the faithful you prove yourself faithful, with the blameless you prove yourself blameless,with the pure you prove yourself pure, but with the crooked you prove yourself shrewd.

Then he said to the judges,“ Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for a man, but for the LORD, who is with you in the matter of judgment.

“ Now, my son, may the LORD be with you, and may you succeed in building the house of the LORD your God, as he said about you.

Jesus answered,“ If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.The one who doesn’t love me will not keep my words. The word that you hear is not mine but is from the Father who sent me.

for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And large numbers of people were added to the Lord.

in gold, silver, bronze, and iron— beyond number. Now begin the work, and may the LORD be with you.”

Now determine in your mind and heart to seek the LORD your God. Get started building the LORD God’s sanctuary so that you may bring the ark of the LORD’s covenant and the holy articles of God to the temple that is to be built for the name of the LORD.”

Be alert, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong.

A person’s steps are established by the LORD, and he takes pleasure in his way.

Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable— if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy— dwell on these things.Do what you have learned and received and heard from me, and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.

For the lips of a priest should guard knowledge, and people should desire instruction from his mouth, because he is the messenger of the LORD of Armies.
