But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Isn’t there a prophet of Yahweh here anymore? Let’s ask him.”

約沙法問：“這裡不是還有一位耶和華的先知嗎？我們也可以向他求問。”

約沙法說：『這裏不是還有永恆主的神言人、我們可以託他去尋問麼？』

約沙法曰、在此、非尚有耶和華之先知、可詢之乎、

約沙法曰、外此尚有耶和華之先知、以備諮諏否、

約沙法曰、在此、尚有主之先知否、若有、我儕當問之、

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Is there no longer a prophet of the Lord here whom we can inquire of?”

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Is there no longer a prophet of the Lord here? If there is, ask him what we should do.”

But Jehoshaphat said,“ Is there not here another prophet of the Lord of whom we may inquire?”

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Is there not also a prophet of the Lord here? We should ask him the same question.”

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Isn’t there a prophet of the LORD here anymore? Let’s ask him.”

But Jehoshaphat said,“ Is there no longer a prophet of the Lord here, that we may inquire of him?”

But Jehoshaphat said,“ Is there not still a prophet of the Lord here, that we may inquire of Him?”

But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of Jehovah besides, that we may inquire of him?

But Jehoshaphat said,[ Is there] not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might enquire of him?

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Is there not a prophet of the LORD still here, that we may ask him?”

But Jehoshaphat said,“ Isn’t there here a prophet of Yahweh besides, that we may inquire of him?”

But Jehoshaphat asked,“ Isn’t there a prophet of Yahweh here anymore? Let’s ask him.”The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ There is still one man who can ask Yahweh, but I hate him because he never prophesies good about me, but only disaster. He is Micaiah son of Imlah.”“ The king shouldn’t say that!” Jehoshaphat replied.So the king of Israel called an officer and said,“ Hurry and get Micaiah son of Imlah!”

But Jehoshaphat said,“ Isn’t there a prophet of the Lord here? Let’s inquire of Yahweh through him.” One of the servants of the king of Israel answered,“ Elisha son of Shaphat, who used to pour water on Elijah’s hands, is here.”Jehoshaphat affirmed,“ The Lord’s words are with him.” So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went to him.However, Elisha said to King Joram of Israel,“ We have nothing in common. Go to the prophets of your father and your mother!” But the king of Israel replied,“ No, because it is the Lord who has summoned these three kings to hand them over to Moab.”
