When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they thought,“ This is the king of Israel.” So they turned to attack him, but Jehoshaphat cried out, and the Lord helped him. God drew them away from him,

犹大人转过来，看哪，前后都有战事，就呼求耶和华，祭司也吹号。

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

我爱耶和华，因为他听了我的声音和我的恳求。他既向我侧耳，我一生要求告他。

若不是耶和华帮助我，我早就住在寂静之中了。

你用力推我，要叫我跌倒，但耶和华帮助了我。

人所行的若蒙耶和华喜悦，耶和华也使仇敌与他和好。

耶和华的使者在敬畏他的人四围安营，要搭救他们。

王的心在耶和华手中像河水，他能使它随意流转。

自己心里也断定是必死无疑，这是要使我们不依靠自己，只依靠使死人复活的神。他曾救我们脱离那极大的死亡，他要继续救我们，而且我们指望他将来还要救我们。

唉，主啊，求你侧耳听你仆人的祈祷，听喜爱敬畏你名众仆人的祈祷，使你仆人今日亨通，在这人面前蒙恩。”我是王的酒政。

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所！

以斯拉说：“耶和华—我们列祖的神是应当称颂的！因他使王起这心愿，使耶路撒冷耶和华的殿得荣耀，

波斯王居鲁士元年，耶和华为要应验藉耶利米的口所说的话，就激发波斯王居鲁士的心，使他下诏书通告全国，说：
