The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ I will enter the battle in disguise, but you wear your royal robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself and went into battle.

The king of Israel spoke to Jehoshaphat. He said,“ I’ll go into battle wearing different clothes. Then people won’t recognize me. But you wear your royal robes.” So the king of Israel put on different clothes. Then he went into battle.

And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ I will disguise myself and go into battle, but you wear your robes.” And the king of Israel disguised himself, and they went into battle.

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ As we go into battle, I will disguise myself so no one will recognize me, but you wear your royal robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself, and they went into battle.

于是扫罗改装易服，带着两个人与他一同去了。他们夜里到了那女人那里。扫罗说：“请你用交鬼的法术，把我所告诉你的那人为我招上来。”

奸夫的眼睛等待黄昏，说：‘没有眼可以看见我’，就把自己的脸蒙起来。

耶罗波安对他的妻子说：“你起来改装，使人认不出你是耶罗波安的妻子。到示罗去，有亚希雅先知在那里，他曾对我说，我必作这民的王。你要带十个饼，一些饼干和一瓶蜜去见他，他会告诉你孩子将要怎样。”耶罗波安的妻子就这样行了。她动身往示罗去，到了亚希雅的家；亚希雅因为年纪老迈，眼睛昏花，不能看见。耶和华对亚希雅说：“看哪，耶罗波安的妻子要来向你求问关于她儿子的事，因为他病了。你要这样这样告诉她。她进来的时候，必装作别的妇人。”她刚进门的时候，亚希雅就听见她的脚步声，就说：“耶罗波安的妻子啊！进来吧！你为什么要这样改装呢？我奉差派要把凶信告诉你。

“人怎能躲藏在隐密处，以致我看不见他呢？（这是耶和华的宣告）。我岂不是充满天地吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。

他们彼此说谎，用谄媚的嘴唇说话，口是心非。

他的话语虽然动听，你不可信他，因为他心里有七样可厌恶的事。

于是那先知去了，在路旁等候王。他用头巾蒙住自己的眼睛，把自己改了装。

约西亚却不肯离开他，反而改了装要和他作战，不听从神藉尼哥所说的话；于是他去到米吉多平原和尼哥交战。弓箭手射中了约西亚王；王对他的臣仆说：“你们把我带走吧，因为我受了重伤。”
