他說：「我要出去，在他的眾神言人口中做個虛假之靈。」永恆主說：「這樣你就會引誘，並且能成功；你出去這樣行吧。」

他说：‘我去，要在他众先知口中作谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你必能引诱他，你去如此行吧！’

他说：‘我要出去，在他众先知的口中成为谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你去引诱他，必能成功。你出去，照样做吧！’

他说：‘我要出去，在他众先知的口中成为谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你去引诱他，必能成功。你出去，照样做吧！’

他说，‘我要做谎言之灵，进入他众先知的口中。’耶和华说，‘你必能成功，就这样做吧。’

他回答：‘我要出去，在他众先知的口里成为谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘你必能引诱他，并且可以成功；你去这样行吧。’

他說：『我去，要在他眾先知口中作謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你必能引誘他，你去如此行吧！』

他說：『我要出去，在他眾先知的口中成為謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你去引誘他，必能成功。你出去，照樣做吧！』

他說：『我要出去，在他眾先知的口中成為謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你去引誘他，必能成功。你出去，照樣做吧！』

他說，『我要做謊言之靈，進入他眾先知的口中。』耶和華說，『你必能成功，就這樣做吧。』

他回答：‘我要出去，在他眾先知的口裡成為謊言的靈。’耶和華說：‘你必能引誘他，並且可以成功；你去這樣行吧。’

曰、我將出為誑言之神、在其眾先知之口、曰、爾往為之、必成其事、

曰我將感其先知、胥動以浮言。曰、往哉、行此、爾必誘之、以成爾志。

曰、我往感其眾先知、使俱妄言、曰、爾必誘之、必成所欲、往哉、可循所言而行、

“‘ I will go and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said.“‘ You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord.‘ Go and do it.’

“ The spirit said,‘ I’ll go and put lies in the mouths of all his prophets.’“‘ You will have success in getting Ahab to attack Ramoth Gilead,’ said the Lord.‘ Go and do it.’

And he said,‘ I will go out, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And he said,‘ You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so.’

“ And the spirit replied,‘ I will go out and inspire all of Ahab’s prophets to speak lies.’“‘ You will succeed,’ said the Lord.‘ Go ahead and do it.’

“ So he said,‘ I will go and become a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ Then he said,‘ You will entice him and also prevail. Go and do that.’

He said,‘ I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets.’ Then He said,‘ You shall entice him, and you will also prevail. Go out and do so.’

So he said,‘ I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the Lord said,‘ You shall persuade him and also prevail; go out and do so.’

And he said, I will go forth, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt entice him, and shalt prevail also: go forth, and do so.

“ So he said,‘ I will go and become a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ Then He said,‘ You will entice him and also prevail. Go and do that.’

And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And[ the LORD] said, Thou shalt entice[ him], and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do[ even] so.

He replied,‘ I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouths of all his prophets.’ The LORD said,‘ Deceive and overpower him. Go out and do as you have proposed.’

“ He said,‘ I will go, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ He said,‘ You will entice him, and will prevail also. Go and do so.’

你們是出於你們的父魔鬼的；你們的父的私慾、你們才願意行。他從起初就是殺人的，不站立在真實上，因為在他裏面沒有真實。他說謊言時，乃由本性說出來，因為他是撒謊者，是撒謊者的父。

永恆主對撒但說：『看哪，凡他所有的都讓你手擺布；只是他的身子、你卻不可伸手加害。』於是撒但就從永恆主面前退出來。

隨後有一個靈出來，站在永恆主面前、說：「我去引誘他。」永恆主問他說：「你用甚麼法子呢？」他說：「我要出去，在他的眾神言人口中做個虛假之靈。」永恆主說：「這樣你就能夠引誘，並且能成功；你出去這樣行吧。」

他必出來，迷惑全地四角的列國、就是歌革和瑪各，聚集他們去赴戰；他們的數目像海沙。

因了得權柄而在獸面前能行神迹、牠就迷惑住在地上的人，告訴住在地上的人要為那受刀擊傷還活着的獸造像。

上帝打發了惡靈來到亞比米勒和示劍公民中間，示劍公民就用詭詐待亞比米勒；

永恆主說：「誰去引誘以色列王亞哈上去、倒斃在基列的拉末呢？」這個說這樣，那個說那樣。

蛇對女人說：『你一定不會死：因為上帝知道你們喫的日子、你們的眼睛就開朗，你們就像上帝一樣，曉得分別善惡。』

永恆主對撒但說：『看哪，他都讓你手擺布；只是他的性命你卻要保存。』

他愛咒罵，願咒罵臨到他；他不喜愛祝福，願祝福遠離他。

所以現在你看，永恆主將虛假之靈放在你這些神言人口中了；並且在關於你的事上永恆主也說到災禍的事了。』

於是大龍被摔下：大龍就是古蛇，叫魔鬼又叫撒但的，就是那迷惑普天下的。他被摔在地上，他的使者也同他被摔下。
