The messenger who went to call Micaiah instructed him,“ Look, the words of the prophets are unanimously favorable for the king. So let your words be like theirs, and speak favorably.”

那去召米该雅的使者对米该雅说：“众先知一口同音地都向王说吉言，你不如与他们说一样的话，也说吉言。”

那去召米该雅的使者对他说：“看哪，众先知都异口同声向王说吉言，你也跟他们说一样的话，说吉言吧！”

那去召米该雅的使者对他说：“看哪，众先知都异口同声向王说吉言，你也跟他们说一样的话，说吉言吧！”

去召米该雅的使者对米该雅说：“众先知都异口同声地向王说吉言，你也像他们一样说些吉言吧。”

那去召米该雅的使者对米该雅说：“看哪，这里的众先知都异口同声地对王说吉话，请你与他们一样说吉话。”

那去召米該雅的使者對米該雅說：『看哪，眾神言人都一口同聲向王說吉祥話；你的話也要像他們中間的一位；總要說吉祥話呀。』

往召米該雅之使謂之曰、諸先知眾口一辭、以吉語告王、請爾與彼同辭、告以吉語、

奉遣之使、告米該亞曰、諸先知、眾口一辭、以休徵進告於王、爾亦當言、與彼無異。

往召米該雅之使者、謂米該雅曰、眾先知之言、如出一口、皆以吉言告王、不如爾言與彼無異、亦告以吉言、

The messenger who had gone to summon Micaiah said to him,“ Look, the other prophets without exception are predicting success for the king. Let your word agree with theirs, and speak favorably.”

A messenger went to get Micaiah. He said to him,“ Look. The other prophets agree. All of them are saying the king will have success. So agree with them. Say the same thing they do.”

And the messenger who went to summon Micaiah said to him,“ Behold, the words of the prophets with one accord are favorable to the king. Let your word be like the word of one of them, and speak favorably.”

Meanwhile, the messenger who went to get Micaiah said to him,“ Look, all the prophets are promising victory for the king. Be sure that you agree with them and promise success.”

Then the messenger who went to summon Micaiah spoke to him saying,“ Behold, the words of the prophets are unanimously favorable to the king. So please let your word be like one of them, and speak favorably.”

Then the messenger who had gone to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying,“ Now listen, the words of the prophets with one accord encourage the king. Therefore please let your word be like the word of one of them, and speak encouragement.”

And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one mouth: let thy word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of theirs, and speak thou good.

And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets[ declare] good to the king with one assent; let thy word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of theirs, and speak thou good.

Now the messenger who went to summon Micaiah said to him,“ Look, the prophets are in complete agreement that the king will succeed. Your words must agree with theirs; you must predict success!”

The messenger who went to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying,“ Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one mouth. Let your word therefore, please be like one of theirs, and speak good.”

they formed a unified alliance to fight against Joshua and Israel.

They say to the seers,“ Do not see,” and to the prophets,“ Do not prophesy the truth to us. Tell us flattering things. Prophesy illusions.

He says to himself,“ God has forgotten; he hides his face and will never see.”

But the person without the Spirit does not receive what comes from God’s Spirit, because it is foolishness to him; he is not able to understand it since it is evaluated spiritually.The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, and yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.For who has known the Lord’s mind, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

but don’t ever prophesy at Bethel again, for it is the king’s sanctuary and a royal temple.”

They please the king with their evil, the princes with their lies.

If a man comes and utters empty lies—“ I will preach to you about wine and beer”— he would be just the preacher for this people!

Yet you say,“ What does God know? Can he judge through total darkness?

“ Quit your preaching,” they preach.“ They should not preach these things; shame will not overtake us.”
