只要刚强，大大壮胆，谨守遵行我仆人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏离左右，使你无论往哪里去，都可以顺利。这律法书不可离开你的口，总要昼夜思想，好使你谨守遵行这书上所写的一切话。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事顺利。

“你的门徒为什么违反古人的传统？因为他们吃饭的时候不洗手。”耶稣回答他们：“你们为什么因你们的传统而违反上帝的诫命呢？上帝说：‘当孝敬父母’；又说：‘咒骂父母的，必须处死。’你们倒说：‘无论谁对父母说：我所当供奉你的已经作了奉献，就可以不孝敬他的父亲。’这就是你们藉着传统，废了上帝的话。假冒为善的人哪！以赛亚指着你们所预言的说得好：‘这百姓用嘴唇尊敬我，他们的心却远离我。他们把人的规条当作教义教导人；他们拜我也是枉然。’”

他对那归耶和华为圣、教导以色列众人的利未人说：“你们将圣约柜安放在以色列王大卫儿子所罗门建造的殿里，不必再用肩扛抬。现在你们要服事耶和华—你们的上帝和他的百姓以色列。

耶书亚、巴尼、示利比、雅悯、亚谷、沙比太、荷第雅、玛西雅、基利他、亚撒利雅、约撒拔、哈难、毗莱雅和利未人使百姓明白律法；百姓都站在自己的地方。

因为历代以来，摩西的书在各城都有人宣讲，每逢安息日，也在会堂里诵读。”

很多，各方面都有。首先，上帝的圣言交托他们。

“以色列啊，你要听！耶和华—我们的上帝是独一的主。你要尽心、尽性、尽力爱耶和华—你的上帝。我今日吩咐你的这些话都要记在心上，也要殷勤教导你的儿女。无论你坐在家里，走在路上，躺下，起来，都要吟诵。要系在手上作记号，戴在额上作经匣；又要写在你房屋的门框上和你的城门上。

如果你们信摩西，也会信我，因为他写过关于我的事。

他们和保罗约定了日子，就有许多人到他的住处来。保罗从早到晚向他们讲解这事，为上帝的国作证，并引摩西的律法和先知的书劝导他们信从耶稣。

你们查考圣经，因你们以为其中有永生；而这经正是为我作见证的。

当以色列众人来到耶和华—你上帝所选择的地方朝见他的时候，你要在以色列众人面前念这律法给他们听。要召集百姓，男人、女人、孩子，和在你城里寄居的，叫他们都得以听见，好学习敬畏耶和华—你们的上帝，谨守遵行这律法的一切话。他们的儿女，就是那未曾认识的，也可以听，学习敬畏耶和华—你们的上帝；你们一生的日子，在你们过约旦河得为业的地上，都要这样做。”

所以，你们要去，使万民作我的门徒，奉父、子、圣灵的名给他们施洗，凡我所吩咐你们的，都教导他们遵守。看哪，我天天与你们同在，直到世代的终结。”

当以教诲和律法书为准；人所说的若不与此相符，必没有黎明。

有人在这城迫害你们，就逃到另一城去。我实在告诉你们，以色列的城镇，你们还没有走遍，人子就要来临。

在读完了律法和先知的书，会堂主管们叫人过去，对他们说：“二位弟兄，你们若有什么劝勉众人的话，请说。”

若有人讲道，他要按着上帝的圣言讲；若有人服事，他要按着上帝所赐的力量服事，好让上帝在凡事上因耶稣基督得荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归给他，直到永永远远。阿们！

后来有人在亚锁都遇见腓利；他走遍那地方，在各城宣扬福音，一直到凯撒利亚。

耶稣吩咐完了十二个门徒，就离开那里，往各城去传道，教导人。
