蓋伊古以來、摩西之書、於各邑有宣之者、每安息日、讀於會堂也、○

曰、凡事多益、首則上帝之詔託之、

以色列歟、爾其聽之、我上帝耶和華、惟一而已、當盡心盡性盡力、愛爾上帝耶和華、我今命爾之言、當存於心、勤誨子女、坐於室、行於路、或寢或興、恆論乎此、繫於手以為號、戴於額以為飾、書於爾室門柱、及爾邑門、○

爾若信摩西、則必信我、因其所書者指我、

既定期、多就之於寓、保羅自朝至暮、本摩西律、及先知言、證上帝國、且以耶穌之事勸之、

爾探索諸經、意其中有永生、而證我者即此也、

以色列眾咸至、覲爾上帝耶和華、於其所選之處、當誦此律、使眾聞之、集民男女幼穉、及旅於爾邑者、俾其聽之、學習寅畏爾上帝耶和華、遵守此律之言、子女尚無識者、亦使聽之、學習畢生寅畏爾上帝耶和華、於渡約但而得之地、○

爾往招萬民為徒、施之洗、以歸父子聖神之名、教之守我所命者、且我日偕爾至世末焉、

宜循法律與證詞、若不依此而言、則不見晨光、

此邑窘逐爾、則奔彼邑、我誠語汝、以色列諸邑、爾行未遍、而人子至矣、○

讀律法與先知書畢、司會堂者、使人謂之曰、兄弟乎、若有言勸民、請言之、

或宣道則依上帝之詔、或執事則依上帝所賜之能、致上帝由耶穌基督凡事受榮、願榮與權歸之、爰及世世、阿們、○

人見腓利於亞鎖都、經行諸邑、宣福音、以至該撒利亞、
