他们过了隘口，要在迦巴住宿。拉玛战兢，扫罗的基比亚逃命。

他们上来攻击犹大，侵入境内，掳掠了王宫里所有的财物和他的妻妾、儿女，除了他的小儿子约哈斯之外，没有留下一个儿子。

基法‧阿摩尼、俄弗尼和迦巴，共十二座城，以及所属的村庄；又有基遍、拉玛、比录、米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、

他每年巡行到伯特利、吉甲、米斯巴，在这些地方审判以色列人。

他们也从便雅悯支派中得了迦巴与其郊野、阿勒篾与其郊野、亚拿突与其郊野。他们宗族所得的城共十三座。
