他們過了隘口，要在迦巴住宿。拉瑪戰兢，掃羅的基比亞逃命。

他們上來攻擊猶大，侵入境內，擄掠了王宮裏所有的財物和他的妻妾、兒女，除了他的小兒子約哈斯之外，沒有留下一個兒子。

基法‧阿摩尼、俄弗尼和迦巴，共十二座城，以及所屬的村莊；又有基遍、拉瑪、比錄、米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、

他每年巡行到伯特利、吉甲、米斯巴，在這些地方審判以色列人。

他們也從便雅憫支派中得了迦巴與其郊野、阿勒篾與其郊野、亞拿突與其郊野。他們宗族所得的城共十三座。
