全地，从迦巴直到耶路撒冷南方的临门，都要变成平原；但耶路撒冷仍必屹然耸立，从便雅悯门到第一门的地方，到角门，又从哈楠业楼到王的榨酒池，都在原处。

于是亚撒王通告犹大众人，没有一个人例外。他们就把巴沙修筑拉玛所用的石头和木料运走；亚撒王用那些材料来修筑便雅悯的迦巴和米斯巴。

他们过了隘口，在迦巴住宿；拉玛人战兢，扫罗的基比亚人逃跑。

他们上来攻打犹大，侵入境内，掠去了王宫的一切财物，又掳去了他的众子和妻妾；除了他最小的儿子约哈斯以外，没有给他留下一个儿子。

基法．阿摩尼、俄弗尼、迦巴，共十二座城，还有属于这些城的村庄；又有基遍、拉玛、比录、米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、

他每年都巡回伯特利、吉甲和米斯巴，在这些地方治理以色列人。

又从便雅悯支派中，把迦巴和属于迦巴的草场，阿勒篾和属于阿勒篾的草场，亚拿突和属于亚拿突的草场，分给亚伦的子孙。他们各族所得的城共十三座。
