When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, this word of the Lord came to Shemaiah:“ Since they have humbled themselves, I will not destroy them but will soon give them deliverance. My wrath will not be poured out on Jerusalem through Shishak.

The Lord saw they had made themselves humble. So he gave a message to Shemaiah. The Lord said,“ They have made themselves humble in my sight. So I will not destroy them. Instead, I will soon save them. Even though I am very angry with Jerusalem, I will not use Shishak to destroy them.

When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the Lord came to Shemaiah:“ They have humbled themselves. I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance, and my wrath shall not be poured out on Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

When the Lord saw their change of heart, he gave this message to Shemaiah:“ Since the people have humbled themselves, I will not completely destroy them and will soon give them some relief. I will not use Shishak to pour out my anger on Jerusalem.

When Yahweh saw that they humbled themselves, Yahweh’s word came to Shemaiah, saying,“ They have humbled themselves. I will not destroy them; but I will grant them some deliverance, and my wrath won’t be poured out on Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

第一位天使去，把碗倾倒在地上，就有又臭又毒的疮生在那些有兽的印记和拜兽像的人身上。第二位天使把碗倾倒在海里，海就变成像死人的血一样，海里所有的活物都死了。第三位天使把碗倾倒在河流和水源里，水就变成血了。我听见掌管众水的天使说：“昔在、今在的圣者啊，你做的判断公义；因他们曾流过圣徒与先知的血，现在你给他们血喝，这是他们该受的。”我又听见祭坛中有声音说：“是的，主—全能的上帝啊，你的判断又真实又公义！”第四位天使把碗倾倒在太阳上，使太阳可用火烤人。人被炎热所烤，就亵渎那有权掌管这些灾难的上帝的名，他们没有悔改，也没有把荣耀归给上帝。第五位天使把碗倾倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就变成黑暗。人因疼痛而咬自己的舌头；又因所受的疼痛和生的疮，就亵渎天上的上帝，也没有为他们的行为悔改。第六位天使把碗倾倒在大幼发拉底河上，河水就干了，为要给从日出之地所来的众王预备道路。我又看见三个污秽的灵，好像青蛙，从龙的口、兽的口和假先知的口中出来。他们本是鬼魔的灵，施行奇事，到普天下众王那里去，召集他们在全能者上帝的大日子作战。看哪，我来像贼一样。那警醒、穿着衣服的人有福了；他不至于赤身而行，给人看见他的羞耻。于是，那三个鬼魔把众王聚集在希伯来话叫作哈米吉多顿的地方。第七位天使把碗倾倒在空中，就有大声音从圣所的宝座上出来，说：“成了！”

求你将你的愤怒倾倒在那不认识你的万邦和那不求告你名的国度。

耶和华对这事改变心意，主耶和华说：“这灾也可免了。”他又指示我一件事，看哪，主手拿铅垂线，站立在依铅垂线建好的墙边。耶和华对我说：“阿摩司，你看见什么？”我说：“铅垂线。”主说：“看哪，我要在我子民以色列中吊起铅垂线，不再宽恕他们。

耶和华却因与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的约，仍施恩给以色列人，怜悯他们，眷顾他们，不肯灭尽他们，直到现在仍不赶逐他们离开自己面前。

我要起来，到我父亲那里去，对他说：父亲！我得罪了天，又得罪了你，从今以后，我不配称为你的儿子，把我当作一个雇工吧。’于是他起来，往他父亲那里去。相离还远，他父亲看见，就动了慈心，跑去拥抱着他，连连亲他。儿子对他说：‘父亲！我得罪了天，又得罪了你，从今以后，我不配称为你的儿子。’

“你们去，以所发现这书上的话，为我、为以色列和犹大幸存的人求问耶和华；因为我们的祖先没有遵守耶和华的话，没有照这书上所记的一切去做，耶和华的烈怒就倒在我们身上。”

只要承认你的罪孽，就是违背耶和华—你的上帝，在各青翠的树下追逐外族的神明，没有听从我的话。这是耶和华说的。

约哈斯恳求耶和华，耶和华就应允他，因为耶和华看见以色列所受的欺压，因亚兰王欺压他们。耶和华赐给以色列一位拯救者，使他们脱离亚兰人的手，于是以色列人仍旧安居在自己的帐棚里。然而他们不离开耶罗波安家使以色列陷入罪里的那罪，仍行在罪中，并且在撒玛利亚留下亚舍拉。亚兰王灭绝约哈斯的军队，践踏他们如禾场上的尘沙，只给约哈斯留下五十骑兵，十辆战车，一万步兵。

所以主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我必将我的怒气和愤怒倾倒在这地方的人和牲畜身上、田野的树木和地里的出产上，它必燃烧，不会熄灭。”

但他有怜悯，赦免他们的罪孽，没有灭绝他们，而且屡次撤销他的怒气，不发尽他的愤怒。

我也行事与他们作对，把他们遣送到敌人之地。那时，他们未受割礼的心若肯谦卑，也服了罪孽的惩罚，我就要记念我与雅各的约，记念我与以撒的约，与亚伯拉罕的约；我也要记念这地。

所以，他将猛烈的怒气和战争的威力倾倒在以色列身上；在他周围如火燃起，他竟然不知，烧着了，他也不在意。

他也必喝上帝烈怒的酒；这酒是斟在上帝愤怒的杯中的纯酒。他要在圣天使和羔羊面前，在火与硫磺之中受痛苦。

耶和华的话临到提斯比人以利亚，说：“亚哈在我面前这样谦卑，你看见了吗？因为他在我面前谦卑，所以在他的日子，我不降这祸；到他儿子的时候，我必降这祸于他的家。”
