你們要為我築一座土壇，把你們的牛羊獻在壇上作燔祭和平安祭。凡是我使自己的名號被尊崇的地方，我會親臨那裡賜福給你們。

耶和華何等偉大！我們的上帝在祂的城中，在祂的聖山上當大受頌讚。北面的錫安山雄偉壯麗，令世人歡喜，是偉大君王的城。上帝在城內的宮中，祂親自做這城的庇護。

那天，有人給民眾宣讀摩西律法書時，發現書上說亞捫人和摩押人永不可加入上帝的會眾。
