Solomon said to God,“ You have shown great loving kindness to David my father, and have made me king in his place.

所罗门回答说：“你厚待我父大卫，并让我继位。

所罗门对神说：“你曾经向我的父亲大卫大施慈爱，使我接续他作王。

所羅門對神說：「你曾向我父大衛大施慈愛，使我接續他作王。

所羅門對上帝說：「你曾向我父親大衛大施慈愛，使我接續他作王。

所羅門對神說：「你曾向我父親大衛大施慈愛，使我接續他作王。

所羅門回答說：「你厚待我父大衛，並讓我繼位。

所羅門對神說：“你曾經向我的父親大衛大施慈愛，使我接續他作王。

所羅門對上帝說：『你曾向我父大衛大施堅固的愛，使我接替他作王。

所羅門曰、爾施鴻慈於我父大衛、使我繼之為王、

所羅門曰、爾施厚恩於我父大闢、令我繼位。

所羅門對天主曰、主賜大恩於我父大衛、使我繼之為王、

Solomon answered God,“ You have shown great kindness to David my father and have made me king in his place.

Solomon answered God,“ You were very kind to my father David. Now you have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said to God,“ You have shown great and steadfast love to David my father, and have made me king in his place.

Solomon replied to God,“ You showed great and faithful love to David, my father, and now you have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said to God,“ You have shown great and faithful love to my father David, and you have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said to God,“ You have dealt with my father David with great faithfulness, and have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said to God:“ You have shown great mercy to David my father, and have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said unto God, Thou hast showed great lovingkindness unto David my father, and hast made me king in his stead.

And Solomon said to God:“ You have shown great and faithful love to my father David, and You have made me king in his place.

And Solomon said unto God, Thou hast shewed great mercy unto David my father, and hast made me to reign in his stead.

Solomon replied to God,“ You demonstrated great loyalty to my father David and have made me king in his place.

Of all my sons( for Yahweh has given me many sons), he has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of Yahweh’s kingdom over Israel.

Then Solomon sat on the throne of Yahweh as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.

He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his offspring, forever more.”Now these are the last words of David. David the son of Jesse says, the man who was raised on high says, the anointed of the God of Jacob, the sweet psalmist of Israel:

Nathan said to David,“ You are the man. This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says:‘ I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you out of the hand of Saul.I gave you your master’s house, and your master’s wives into your bosom, and gave you the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that would have been too little, I would have added to you many more such things.

Lord, where are your former loving kindnesses, which you swore to David in your faithfulness?

I have found David, my servant. I have anointed him with my holy oil,with whom my hand shall be established. My arm will also strengthen him.No enemy will tax him. No wicked man will oppress him.I will beat down his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him.But my faithfulness and my loving kindness will be with him. In my name, his horn will be exalted.I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.He will call to me,‘ You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation!’I will also appoint him my firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth.I will keep my loving kindness for him forever more. My covenant will stand firm with him.

Turn your ear, and come to me. Hear, and your soul will live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Now therefore tell my servant David this,‘ Yahweh of Armies says,“ I took you from the sheep pen, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people, over Israel.I have been with you wherever you went, and have cut off all your enemies from before you. I will make you a great name, like the name of the great ones who are in the earth.

For your loving kindness is great toward me. You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.
