為嫠八十四年、身不離殿、禁食祈禱、日夜崇事、

嫠而無賴、當敬養之、

我欲爾無所慮、無妻者慮主之事、如何悅主、

維昔淑女、上帝是賴、以此自飾、亦順其夫、

若信主夫婦、有親而嫠、當周給之、毋累教會、俾會得濟無倚之嫠、

耶穌言人當祈禱不怠、設譬、

爾中誰畏耶和華、而聽其臣之命者、若行暗地、不得光明、必以上帝耶和華是恃。

爾將謂焉得有是子耶、我子流離、自為鰥獨、見擄驅逐、伶仃無依、今此子果誰育之哉。

耶和華上帝拯余、予恃之以無恐、援予、予必謳歌、極其揄揚。

火自天降、入予骨髓兮、彼張網羅、以顛予趾、使予退卻、終日震驚、瞻盡喪兮。

邑門寂寞、民坐塗炭而哭泣、

上帝選民、晝夜籲禱、其應或遲、豈不終伸其冤乎、

耶和華謂郇邑曰、不妊不生之婦最可樂、未劬勞之女、歡聲而呼、蓋棄婦較有夫之婦、生子多矣。

用常祈禱、誠心懇求、專務儆醒、為聖徒籲告、

且我十二支派、日夜殷勤從事、亦望獲所許耳、亞基帕王歟、我望此、乃為猶太人所訟、

彼衛護爾、如鳥覆雛、如盾庇體、以踐前言兮、

爾至此、為以色列族之上帝耶和華所覆翼、願耶和華報施爾、大賚爾。

婦固與處子異、無夫者慮主之事、欲其體其神成聖、有夫者慮世之事、如何悅夫、

我在爾中、彼此信主、各相慰藉、

自開闢以來、上帝之永能性體、目不及見、惟其所造之物、可睹而知、故人未由推諉、顧彼既知上帝、猶不以上帝尊之謝之、乃志意虛妄、心頑蒙昧、

吾儕沾其恩、受使徒職、令諸異邦信服、而尊其名、
