Scripture says,“ Do not stop an ox from eating while it helps separate the grain from the straw.”( Deuteronomy 25:4) Scripture also says,“ Workers are worthy of their pay.”( Luke 10:7)

“牛在踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴。

有谁当兵要自备粮饷呢？有谁栽种葡萄园，不吃园里的果子呢？有谁牧养羊群，不喝羊的奶呢？我说这话，不是照着人的意见，律法不也是这样说吗？就在摩西的律法上记着说：“牛踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴。”难道神关心的只是牛吗？这不全是为我们说的吗？当然是为我们说的，因为耕种的应当存着希望去耕种，收割的也应当存着希望去分享收获。

主也曾这样吩咐，叫传福音的人靠福音为生。

你们要住在那家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为作工的理当得工资；不必从这家搬到那家。

路上不要带行囊，也不要带两件衣裳，不要带鞋或手杖，因为作工的理当得到供应。

“困苦贫穷的雇工，无论是你的兄弟，或是寄居在你的地上你的城里的，你都不可欺压他。你要当日给他工钱，不可等到日落，因为他贫穷，把心放在工钱上，免得他对你不满而呼求耶和华，你就有罪了。

“不可欺压你的邻舍，也不可抢夺他的东西；雇工的工钱，不可扣留在你那里到早晨。

圣经说：“神爱他那安置在我们里面的灵，爱到嫉妒的地步”（或译：“神安置在我们里面的灵，爱到嫉妒的地步”），你们想这话是徒然的吗？

经上说：“所有信靠他的人，必不致失望。”

圣经既然预先看见神要使外族人因信称义，就预先把好信息传给亚伯拉罕：“万国都必因你得福。”

经上怎么样说呢？“亚伯拉罕信神，这就算为他的义。”

经上有话对法老说：“我把你兴起来，是要藉着你显出我的大能，并且使我的名传遍全地。”

神并没有丢弃他预先知道的子民。难道你们不知道在经上以利亚的话是怎样说的吗？他向神控诉以色列人：
