So I counsel younger widows to marry, to have children, to manage their homes and to give the enemy no opportunity for slander.

必廉節貞靜、處內懿行、毋違夫子、免人謗讟上帝道、

夫既服役為奴、則務敬厥主、免上帝名與教見譏於人、

所言宜正、無可辯駁、俾背理者自愧勵、不以惡言相加、

爾之作為若此、使逆耶和華之人愈生厭惡、故爾所得之子必死。

民立而觀、有司與眾譏之曰、彼救他人、若為基督、上帝所選者、可自救也、兵卒亦戲之、與以醯、曰、爾若猶太人王、可自救也、其上有標、以希利尼羅馬希伯來字書曰、猶太王、○同懸之二犯、其一誚之曰、爾若基督、可救己及我儕、其二責之曰、爾同受罪、何不畏上帝乎、我儕宜也、蓋我所受、當我所行、而此人所為、無不是也、

婚姻可貴、床笫無玷、苟合淫行者、上帝罪之、

幼嫠因基督而自繩、厥後易其初心、而欲復嫁、
