爾為基督之名被詬、則為有福、因天主榮光之神、賦畀爾、賦畀爾原文作止於爾上基督為彼所謗讟、為爾所讚榮、有原文抄本無此二句爾中有人受苦、切勿因兇殺、偷竊、行惡、滋事而受苦、若緣為基督徒而受苦、則勿羞愧、當因此歸榮於天主、

故我欲年少之寡婦再嫁、生子治家、免仇敵得毀謗之機、

蓋教會外者、我何為擬定之、爾當擬定者、非教會內之人乎、

凡類於惡者、悉戒之、

我子不可如此、我所風聞者非善、爾使主之民陷於罪、我所風聞者非善爾使主之民陷於罪或作我所風聞主之民所播揚者非善

彼有一人、名亞拿尼亞、循律法虔敬、為諸同邑之猶太人所稱譽、

有人其罪當時顯著、即被審判、有人其罪後日顯著、善事亦若是、有當時顯著、其不顯著者、終亦不得隱、
