應知律法之設、非為善人、乃為不法、橫行、無道、作惡、喪德、敗行、忤逆、不孝、殺人、

We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,

We also know that the law isn’t made for godly people. It is made for those who break the law. It is for those who refuse to obey. It is for ungodly and sinful people. It is for those who aren’t holy and who don’t believe. It is for those who kill their fathers or mothers. It is for murderers.

For the law was not intended for people who do what is right. It is for people who are lawless and rebellious, who are ungodly and sinful, who consider nothing sacred and defile what is holy, who kill their father or mother or commit other murders.

We know that the law is not meant for a righteous person, but for the lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinful, for the unholy and irreverent, for those who kill their fathers and mothers, for murderers,

realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,

knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,

Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was put in place through angels by an intermediary.

For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written,“ Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.”Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for“ The righteous shall live by faith.”But the law is not of faith, rather“ The one who does them shall live by them.”Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us— for it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.

gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

They profess to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good work.

For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another.

slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,

If one curses his father or his mother, his lamp will be put out in utter darkness.

The eye that mocks a father and scorns to obey a mother will be picked out by the ravens of the valley and eaten by the vultures.

“ If anyone kills a person, the murderer shall be put to death on the evidence of witnesses. But no person shall be put to death on the testimony of one witness.Moreover, you shall accept no ransom for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death, but he shall be put to death.And you shall accept no ransom for him who has fled to his city of refuge, that he may return to dwell in the land before the death of the high priest.You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

If one is burdened with the blood of another, he will be a fugitive until death; let no one help him.

For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.

And the Lord sent an angel, who cut off all the mighty warriors and commanders and officers in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land. And when he came into the house of his god, some of his own sons struck him down there with the sword.

For the promise to Abraham and his offspring that he would be heir of the world did not come through the law but through the righteousness of faith.

And all the elders of that city nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley,and they shall testify,‘ Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it shed.Accept atonement, O Lord, for your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and do not set the guilt of innocent blood in the midst of your people Israel, so that their blood guilt be atoned for.’So you shall purge the guilt of innocent blood from your midst, when you do what is right in the sight of the Lord.

“ Both prophet and priest are ungodly; even in my house I have found their evil, declares the Lord.

Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

There are those who curse their fathers and do not bless their mothers.

And David said to Abishai and to all his servants,“ Behold, my own son seeks my life; how much more now may this Benjaminite! Leave him alone, and let him curse, for the Lord has told him to.

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth and bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming.

Brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death,

But if a man willfully attacks another to kill him by cunning, you shall take him from my altar, that he may die.

envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Whoever robs his father or his mother and says,“ That is no transgression,” is a companion to a man who destroys.

So the honor is for you who believe, but for those who do not believe,“ The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,”

By faith Rahab the prostitute did not perish with those who were disobedient, because she had given a friendly welcome to the spies.

“‘ Cursed be anyone who dishonors his father or his mother.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.“ Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image.

But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
